Had a tray to be made on Valentines Day, and it looked horrible. My wife still brings up how disappointed she was. No thanks to that tray, I made things right by going to a place that takes Valentines Day more serious for couples. Will never go there again. I recommend they close down indefinitely

I ordered some chocolate covered strawberry and a bouquet online for Valentine’s Day. When the time of arrival came, order was cancelled and refunded without any notice why. The establishment also said closed when there hours of operations is from 8am-8pm. I will not be ordering from this establishment again.

I used to order from this location every year for my mother’s birthday since they moved to this area 10 years ago. This year, things went completely different than any other beautiful celebration. The driver left our gifts outside and never notified anyone with the delivery. My flowers and my fruit arrangement were both frozen from this extreme weather. When my mom realized that the gift had been sitting outside she took the gifts inside. The flowers thawed beautifully for an about a day and they quickly died. The fruit was all mushy after being thawed even the chocolate covered pieces. I gave this location an opportunity to fix this issue and when I spoke to the manager on the phone she was completely rude, she kept cutting me off and she did not even care that my mothers birthday just wasn’t the same without this tradition. She didn’t even want to fix the issue she was cutting me off with an excuse for everything as if it was my fault. Unfortunately after that distasteful conversation, I think I will have to break this family tradition with the arrangements. I would not recommend ordering from this location as you are not truly valued as a client but just another dollar

Not only are these fruit arrangements delicious but they are beautifully designed & add to any festive tablescape. We love the fresh fruit & the ones dipped in chocolate as well. This one we received from a sweet work friend Kelly who sent it over for a thank you card for Easter celebration. It was such a thoughtful way of showing her gratitude.

Fantastic location and staff. Recently ordered a fresh summer fruit platter and it was perfection! If you ever have any concerns, the staff and owners will quickly resolve it, they truly care!

Order a thank you arrangement for our mother while we were out of town. Place the order online with the delivery instructions to go to the office door as it was being delivered to a business. Upon delivery the delivery personnel was unable to follow the simple instructions in our office door, a call is required if the door is locked, and the number and instructions are clearly listed. The delivery driver was unable to follow those instructions. He continued to pass eight (8) no trespassing signing to enter the back of the facility, our office is right in the front of building and clearly labeled and visible. When the owner of the company went out to redirect the delivery personnel they became rude and irate. He then told the owner of the company to , “Chill Out, Or I’ll Have Someone Come Here and Kick Your Ass”, real professional. The delivery person then repetitively called me, I sent a text as we are out of town to knock on the office door. They interpreted that to, banging on the door yelling, “Let Me In”. One the dispatcher was not able to leave the phone and answer the door, the delivery personal started to leave without delivery. The order was delivered to our office personnel. Afterward, the delivery personnel continued to call the recipient and myself multiple times. We will not be ordering from Edible Arrangements again as the Boardman location services our area and the surroundings.
