JUNE 1 NAIL CAME OFF AND MY TOE POLISH. I WENT BACK 2 WEEKS AGO IN JULY AND 2 NAILS CAME OFF AND 4 OF MY NAIL POLISH. I CALLED AND SATURDAY & THE HUSBAND TOLD ME TO COME IN SUNDAY @ 11AM. I WENT, HE LOOKED, & TOLD ME TO COME BACK IN 2WEEKS. I SAID 2 WEEKS BUT THE DAMAGE IS DONE NOW. HE WALKED AWAY AND STARTED THE SERVICE FOR A LADY PEDICURE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WENDY IS THE ONE WHO DID MY SERVICES EACH TIME!
THEY DON'T VALUE BLACK WOMEN AS A CUSTOMER, THEY JUST WANT OUR $$$$.

They're very pricey and for an overlay in a pedicure, they want to charge you almost $200 when I'm in Florida, I only pay it not even a 100. And, I only got a basic pedicure.
So yeah, first and last time, sorry, youngstown, Ohio.

Dirty tools and too rough, lost nails... I had been going here for 10+ years for pedicures pretty regularly. The last visit they cut and dug at the sides of my big toe on both feet to the point I was bleeding. Not necessary at all and asked to stop as I had zero pain before the pedicure. Base of both big toe nails bruised within a week and eventually lost both nails due to trauma AND both were infected due to dirty tools before they fell off. DO NOT go here... it took 1.5 years for my nail to grow back.

3 out of 10, I do not recommend. Service was subpar and the nails could be better.

Got my nails done Wednesday, they chipped the very next day!! I will never go back there!! The last time I was there, the same thing happened. I got gel nails and the next day they were popping off. I went back and told them about it, they said they would fix them, but I had to pay half price to get them fixed!

I am a diabetic so I always get pedicures from here. That will never happen again. She cut me. She only massaged on leg. No lotion. Bubbles in the nail polish. My toes are killing me they hurt so bad. I posted pics of the blood on my toe nail.

Not a job well done. Nails uneven with lumps in them. Polish just slapped on, no clean up. I have never had a nail tech tell me to wash my hands but DON'T use soap. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!

They are quick and reasonably priced. Ask for Wendy there are all good but she's the best and her husband is awesome too

I have always gone here for pedicures, which are great. Their manicure services are horrible. Last time I went I had gel nails done, which cracked and popped off with 3 days. I went back and they charged me $30 to fix them. This time I had regular polish and it chipped the same day.

Ok I'm not the best at these but the workers yeah sometimes they do rush or don't talk but in there end the work is worth it most times they would try to understand you and fix the mistakes they made but sometimes they just don't understand also they're Asians too and let's be real here as adults that 1 review making fun of the lady body's isn't right like think before you say things cause you don't know they're life or anything out of work and honestly the nail salon they upgraded it and no they don't use dirty nail stuff they use clean ones and when I tell you that Tom and Wendy are probably the most understandable people I ever known and met I been coming for many years and they never disappoint. This is just my opinion, and what I think and it's okay if you don't agree but sometimes they do better then what the reviews say most times
