The staff is always courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love coming here. The only reason I did not give them a 5 is that there are almost never pokemon cards there, and they will not let you do reservations for box sets. I showed up 30 minutes after open and they were already sold out. Really dissapointing...

Nice Video Game / Retail shop. Friendly staff that are very knowledgeable about the products and items in the store. Hope this place never closes down.

Went to get fix my PSN store credit card, contacted Sony they said it was not activated on storefront. They fixed problem no problem once I showed them it hast been issued. :)
