The staff is always courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love coming here. The only reason I did not give them a 5 is that there are almost never pokemon cards there, and they will not let you do reservations for box sets. I showed up 30 minutes after open and they were already sold out. Really dissapointing...

I went to buy a rated M game like I always do(have) and when I wet to check out cashier asked for my ID witch I've never been asked that for a game so I said that I never get asked that so he responded with refusing to serv me and refused to let me put the games away that I wanted to buy. Next time I'll nether put up a fight or I'll just get one of my parents to hand over there's the say something of me can't wait to play rated M game

Went to get fix my PSN store credit card, contacted Sony they said it was not activated on storefront. They fixed problem no problem once I showed them it hast been issued. :)

worker named Daniel had a negative encounter with another customer and then asked the person helping us if he thought Daniel did anything wrong and proceeded to say that someone named Brian (maybe a higher up?) doesn’t care when customers complain to him about the workers. We told him that was something you might not want to say in front of customers and he just kept making it worse and putting his foot in his mouth. Damien was amazing though!
