They keep sending me packages of COVID TEST they are billing medicare and Medicare is not paying for them. They are trying to steal from Medicare. I asked for return labels to send them back. And I will not pay for something I didn't order. So far the have sent 3 packages. When you send me return you are going to have to mail them to me.

Great customer service. My sons ADHD medication was mailed to my old address. The post office was supposed to have forwarded it to my new house but they had a new employee that did not do that. Monique with Genoa called me this morning and offered to go by my old house to pick up the medication the new tenant left on the front porch for me. Monique then delivered the medication to me at work. I truly appreciate her taking the time to help correct the situation. Thank you Monique!!!
