Crazy to me that people complain about pharmacists getting a lunch break to eat their food and go to the bathroom and catch a breather WHILE ALSO being on a lunch break ? And then have the nerve to complain about them doing what they want during their LUNCH BREAK. So who cares if they want to talk about their weekend while they’re ON BREAK <~~~ you’re doing what you want on your lunch break. Why do you get a lunch break but no one else does? Why do you get to leave your job to pick up a prescription but a pharmacist is not allowed the same courtesy ?
And ALSO. Check the Ohio State Board of pharmacy. It is a state law that they have to close for a half an hour during the day. You want to complain? Complain to the people who make the rules. Not the company who’s following the rules.
I stand for pharmacies and the people getting time to take a breath so other people aren’t harmed due to pharmacists being overworked and stressed out. I stand for them getting A SECOND to check on their mental health so they don’t commit suicide because of the strenuous work load that is strapped on to them every single day. Have some courtesy.

Closing a pharmacy in the middle of the day is absolutely ridiculous. I’m 7 months pregnant and went to pick up my prenatal on my lunch break, only to find out based off a little sign at the pharmacy that they now close from 1:30-2 now and I’d have to wait. It was 1:32 so I obviously wasn’t waiting basically 30 minutes and now have to go back. Additionally, this “new time” isn’t listed online. Attaching a photo, but I’m sure many people would appreciate not closing in the middle of the day. Especially when the pharmacists are just sitting behind the cage talking about their weekends. Very unprofessional.

First time using GE pharmacy. Tech was very helpful. Pharmacist was helpful when I asked about issues using the drug.

I shop the two larger stores in my area and the smaller one fills my prescriptions. Got my flu and Covid booster shots here also! Giant Eagle brands are good, much better than Wal-Mart's Great Value brands.

Absolutely disgusting. How insensitive to allow this cake to be put out while DECENT people are mourning yet another senseless inexcusable race driven murder. Saying “all lives matter” is silencing black people and used as a tool to invalidate the detrimental police brutality happening in this country. You should be ashamed.

Ordered a cake and questioned if it was split level because of the height, after handed the plastic figurines that went with my cake instead of then being placed by the bakery, the bakery clerk assured me my half sheet cake was split layer because it said so on their order form. Prices are still high but service has gone down. They seem to be more and more pushing self checkouts. Only a couple regular checkouts open with long lines. Give me a discount for doing the job you used to do of checking me out and bagging my groceries, then I'll keep shopping GE as I have for years, otherwise it's time to try Marc's and Aldis where at least the prices are lower

Busy Sunday afternoon...3 check outs open....lines with 6 or 7 people with very large orders...Had to use self serve...for large order and had to keep bagging items and then it would shut down...I HATE SELF SERVE. I DO NOT WANT TO CHECK MYSELF OUT AND BAG MY GROCERIES. I NEED TO FIND A STORE WHERE THEY WILL ALWAYS CHECK YOU OUT AND BAG YOUR GROCERIES.
