I could get my prescriptions a whole lot cheaper somewhere else, but I come here for the service. The customer service here is unparalleled! The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. More than once, they've found me a coupon or a discount and saved me a bunch of money. They always make a point of letting me know when my drugs have interactions. I can't recommend them enough.

Please update your hours online! Says you're open on Sundays, but thats clearly not the case. And when you are open, it takes 30 plus minutes to get through line for a prescription that is supposedly filled.

Been waiting on my son’s prescription for 4 days. Went to pick it up. And still don’t have it.
They said they were out of it. And I have never been notified. Was told it would be here the next day by noon. Went to go get it. Well after noon Still haven’t gotten his prescription.
Terrible customer service. Been asking for months for text updates still don’t get them.
I would not recommend this pharmacy

These are wonderful people doing their best. If you have a bad experience maybe it's a reflection of you having a bad day or maybe it's just the universe reminding you that others have bad days too. Every one of the GE pharmacy folks has always been professional and attentive and as efficient as they can be when I've been there. Yes, sometimes we have a bit of a wait, but I salute the pharmacy folks and say Thank You!

I believe they had two self checkout lanes and 5-7 attended registers open. I prefer an attended register for two reasons: I'd rather someone get paid to run a cash register than go through an automated unit...and if there is a problem with the price on an item...the robot isn't gonna fix it..a cashier will get it straightened out

The staff is so friendly and helpful even compared to other area giant eagles they make the extra driving worth it to me
