I always go to this location and have never once had an issue with anything, today was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered anywhere… ground beef was on sale 2.99 a pound so I pre planned with my shopping to grab 4 packages because I have a large family and it’s a good deal. I go in and grab everything on my list and go to check out cashier says “oh there is a limit of 2 packages of hamburger” I said well I didn’t see a sign that says that back there and I budgeted this based on my list (which came from their website) even when you do a pick up order it allows you to add as many packages as you want. The cashier goes to get her manager he says “what’s the problem here” I explained the situation and he said “well I can’t change our limits, there is a sign back there” I said ohh there is a sign back there now? He said no it’s been back there all week. So I decide to just have my daughter go get a regular package of hamburger for the higher price, she comes back with the same meat that was on sale, I said I’ll just go grab it myself so I go to the back grab the pack of hamburger and right above my head is a huge sign saying the ground beef is on sale for 2.99 a pound with no limits listed. I go back to the register, checkout and see the manager and let him know that maybe they need to update their signage as the one they have hanging does not show a limit his response was “well it’s a known thing that we limit our sale items” I said that’s false advertisement, he was just so unbothered and really didn’t care I asked if they had a district manager the answer was no… worst experience ever not to mention I have bought the same sale from there on hamburger and every time there was no limit. Do not recommend this store at all, I’ll travel to Howland and shop their giant eagle but I will never make another purchase in this grocery store again.

I love this store! The people there are super nice and helpful! Plus the liquor store inside is top notch! You ever in this area go visit this store period!

Pros: clean, it has everything, products are good
Cons: a lot of the cashiers (not all) are plain snobs. It seems like the high prices at Giant Eagle got to their heads and so they treat their customers poorly.
Probably never gonna shop there again just because of the nasty cashiers they hired.

Best Giant Eagle in the area. The only disappointment is that the baker's Raisin Cookies have been consistently underrated. The last batch was almost raw in the middle. They used to be perfect. They just meed to bake them longer.

I regularly shop this location and am rarely dissatisfied. It's clea, well stocked, and on sale items are usually available.
The staff is friendly and there are usually enough human checkout tellers to handle the customer traffic.

Good place to shop bad place to work
The crew doesn’t like you unless you are part of the “clique” and will try to get you out if you try to do anything they don’t like. Do not recommend anyone go through the mental hell that is this job

went to the store to buy extra virgin olive oil garlic Italian seasoning salt sugar lemon lemon blend butter the store has just about anything you need beautiful store. The freshest meat in town.
