I have a very big issue with management on the Belmont Avenue location. I shop there quite often because I know you guys give back to the community. I don’t think I’ll be shopping there anymore, though due to disrespect and rude customer service, I got from a manager and an employee I have issues with fitting clothing, especially clothing. That’s already been you stretched to someone else’s size so when I do exchange items, I bring them back exactly the way I got them and I have never had a problem until November 19th 2024 at the Belmont location. I was denied my receipt back because they said I could only return items one time on that receipt even though I had already exchanged items out one time already, and they were exchanging them out once again then I was told that I could not exchange items for any item in the store. It had to be specifically clothing then I was told that they were not gonna give me my receipt back because I could only exchange things one time on the same receipt then she told me they weren’t supposed to exchange or return anything at all and was very rude and told me what I was told by other employees and another manager that I could exchange items and put the total toward anything in the store the manager, then proceeded to tell me what I was saying didn’t wouldn’t even make sense and that they were al wrongs and I was very wrong I told her then she needs to tell her employees that she threatened to fire eerqyone and when another employee tried to explain to the manager what she thought was right she told her to be quieter and get back to work I’m reporting this to everyone I can and I will be giving a bad review this is the worst I’ve ever been treated in public in my life as a women. This was not professional at all someone needs to train their management better and employees if you want to run a professional business.

I went out of my way to visit this store because it had a rating of 4 stars. Boy, was I disappointed! The store was dirty and a lot of the items were sticky. And, to make matters worse, they were trying to sell Dollar Tree items for 50% ABOVE Retail! What a waste of my time and gas! Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this location!

Very loud music, very high prices, no bathrooms. Super unpleasant shopping experience. Clothing prices equal to or higher than Walmart or Target. For used dirty clothes.
Household items, very high prices. Dollar Store items, still with stickers, GW charges $5-8. $20 for glass bowl?
No thanks.

Went in there to buy a tv got double charged and they Wont give us our money back ..pd 65$ cash and pd the rest of the 68.80 total on the card and it took all 68 from the card when it should of been like $3.50 and tryed to get them to watch the camera nope scam artists

The last three times I donated items to this location, I couldn't find a parking place close and I had to drag my boxes one at a time because no one would help me. They just directed me where to put my items. I would rather throw things in the garbage then donate to this store again. It was very easy to donate before they moved that area to the other side of the store. Sad.

This Goodwill store location has successful employees and great service.I believe they care very much about this community and will continue to do their best each day, as the days before it.There is always Gold to be found within Good will!

Nice goodwill store in general. You can find some pretty good things there, good selection and prices. Every day is a different sale on the a different tag color, I got 9 things for $38. Open your fitting rooms though! They are still “closed due to covid 19.” That’s my only complaint about the store. I’m going to wear spandex and try stuff on over them right in the aisle then lol.
