the prices are RIDICULOUS. i go here to buy dvds, cds, and vhs tapes and the prices of the vhs tapes are absolutely insane. i’ve been buying physical media at the goodwills for about 2 years. the dvds used to be $1, then went up to $1.50. the tapes used to be $.25 then went up to $1.50. that right there was crazy, but i still bought them. today i went to this store and i went to the media area and did my shopping, i go up to the register and i see a few tapes so i ask why they’re up there and the lady tells me that the tapes are $5 and $20?????? i don’t know what gave the GOODWILL the impression that they were a target or something, but they need to remember who they are and that’s a THRIFT STORE. these things are given to yall by people. they are USED. yall are NOT a store in the mall. people come here for AFFORDABLE things. thrift stores used to be for people who couldn’t afford higher end / more expensive things. how are people able to do that when yall are charging the same as a walmart??? it’s GROSSSSS. once again, YOU ARE A THRIFT STORE.

The owner has 10 stores. He passed away some time ago, and now it's just his family that runs it. They clear over 2 million per store. And you see why with their price's. And yes, they keep changing every time you go in, and now they can't keep customers or get customers to come in. I was just in there bought some items last week come back to add to reading list and was told that they where not they right price in the first place, but hey there's no signs and and they clearly don't marked anything. And the manager excuse was that we will make sure it's marked, but we all know how that will go. It's something they never do, as they change hands too many times for it to work. But there was a reseller there checking out items so there's where they get all their money from. Its just sad for us who have a budget to go by. Here's the reality and real problem they receive all this for free and get grant money for the handicap that work there and tax money. Besides all the credits from the government. And they will claim inflation and wages is why for high prices. But if that's then please explain you making 2 million dollars plus on each of your 10 stores. As US Americans Citizens what to know, when you cry wolf and say that you do not make anything because of inflation and the cost of employees. And they pull all the items that are on the floor for the 1.00 day and resticker them with another color so as not to lose money on the items. Someone who is tired of corruption taking advantage of USA America Citizens trying to provide for their family. In my opinion, better go shopping at a smaller thrift stores at least they are honest and don't change the prices every 5 mins.

This is a pretty Decent goodwill, the prices actually make it feel like a thrift store (this is a good thing).

I saw an angel statue missing its head for $30. A lot of their items were damaged and above $5. They have a very full back storage room but always have empty to broken items on shelves. Up selling candles you can get down the street for less.

The rudest staff you can imagine and won't let people use the restroom. Things are pricest way too high, cheaper new on Amazon.

Friendly staff for sure, prices are Wayyy to high for donated merchandise, if you’d really like to help our local community you can donate with me here in Youngstown and I WILL give proceeds to local animal shelters, homeless shelters, the people who actually need it…oh yeah and I WOULD NEVER sell things at astronomical prices like they’ve been doing for far too long. Greedywill indeed.

This location is terrible! Notice an odor of dirty clothes as soon as you walk into the door.
The cashier was a mean old lady who looked angry because she was called to front to wait on me. I guess she didn't like that and decided to ask me if I wanted the senior discount to make me angry! I am 39 years old and she tried to insult me.
Advise to Goodwill industries: clean that store up it smells and tell your employees to knock off the attitude! Waiting on customers is their job and there is no need to try to insult them.

Why is everything so over priced? You get it for FREE. Also the no bathroom thing sucks!

Love this location. Nice and friendly workers. You always find something that you probably don't need but get anyway.

Not happy with the no restrooms and no dressing room policies of the Youngstown Goodwill Region as a whole (All other regions in Ohio and PA have both open).
This location is always clean and well organized. Staff is nice.

Worst companies to donate to! They throw out more of your donations then they actually put on shelves! So many times we have been over by their stores and employees are taking cart fulls of items to trash! Please donate to smaller organizations who actually are trying to assist our communities.
