Went to Great Clips today for the first time. Really smooth process for online registration and the hairdresser was a gem as a person. However, why is it impossible to show a picture and leave without the cut being even slightly close? Totally disappointed in the cut. I didnt even say a word, too late when the cut is done. I was appalled at the price too! $20.00 for her use a round hairbrush and dry/style my hair. So for the cut $26.00 plus $20.00 and I hate it. Where are sweet hairdressers that also can cut hair like the picture? So disappointed
