Literally caught the manager telling one of the employees to racially profile me. They both just lingered around me the entire time I was here. Very annoying.

My favorite H&M around!! The store is so clean, the staff is always so friendly and helpful, and they have the cutest and up to trend clothing!!! I go here all the time and will continue to do so!

I visited this store when I was in town visiting from Maryland. The store was so clean and organized. Staff was very friendly, one of the associates, she was blonde even helped me pick out some outfits!!

I am really concerned about this boardman h&m. The store manager her name is cassandra, she is very unfair and degrades her staff. Says things no manger should say. She needs to improve this store. She rang me out and she was very rude and not friendly. She scanned her loyalty instead of mine which blew my mind. that is not fair.
