My mom insists on banking here because it’s close to her home. But I’ve tried for 2 days to make an appointment to open a CD. No call back!!! They don’t answer the phone!!! It’s gone downhill fast since it was Home Savings. Sad.

Very rude, ignorant and inconsiderate. I switched to Huntington. This bank was much better when it was Home Savings. I would give it no stars if possible.

This bank was Home Savings & Loan and one out of all tellers is educated. There seems to be rudeness galore. Appears only the actual banker herself is knowledged and kind. I bank here for the moment, but first chance I am gone! I have never experienced such ignorance and rudeness in my entire life.

Glad to find out about this bank before opening an account.They charged $37 to stop payment on a check that Mahoning county property tax lost.

Closed my mortgage and opened it up under a different number serverly lowering my credit score,n employer notified me my direct deposit was refused as they changed the routing number without alerting anyone now disrupting my income. Closing all accounts and going somewhere else

If I could rate less than one star, I would... I waited on hold for OVER AN HOUR on their "special hotline" to handle problems with the new merger of Premier Bank & Home Savings... I finally gave up & called their local number & was greeted with this recording, "we cannot handle any more calls at this time." And the call ended. Guess what I can't handle? Transactions being denied by my "new bank". Their online service is also virtually useless. Time to look for a new bank...

Having a lot of problems with this Bank, my roommate is in the lobby because her account shows in the negative no reason for that when her paycheck is in there and hasn't been used, this company is not doing there job correctly.

I have dealt with other home savings (chardon) and i have dealt with austintown branch. If it wasnt for austintown branch i would close all accounts and go elsewhere. Chardon branch really needs a good shake down because their staff is nowhere near what it should be to do business with people. Their reviews speak for themselves. I just want to mention Jackie at austintown branch, she is worth every penny. I am sure others would agree if they have dealt with her. No matter the issue, Jackie always makes it right. If you're contemplating where to do business or banking, talk to Jackie before u make your decision. Im a real customer and have nothing to gain promoting home savings austintown and Jackie.
