Maybe I'm just biased because hot roc has been my go-to store since the late 90s and early 2000s when one finally opened in my local mall. I've never had a bad experience at any hot topic location I've ever visited. The workers here at this store were super friendly, and even though they were busy, they took the time to help other customers when needed. I absolutely love their clearance racks. The only bad thing is that I don't live close enough to come in more often

Prices are high, but the vibe of the store and it's employees are AMAZING (the cashier with the giant plugs in his ears is an angel. Such a good vibe)
