Ridiculous at this day and age you have to go in branch to add a payable upon death. Some of us work the hours your branches are open, or dont want to go into the branch. Get better.

I needed copies made and a copy of my statement. They did it all for free. I love this bank. They're literally right around the corner from me. Thank you all for the helping hand you've given me. The employees go above and beyond for the customers.

Your atm at 476 board Canfield road, giant eagle keeps breaking down not working. That location is perfect for isolated if you what it without corporate blowing off there a problem. Even Giant eagle said you are difficult to communicate with. lose the cold shoulder image.

Terrible service. The ATMs are operational less than 50% of the time. In the past 25 years, I've had accounts at a dozen or so different banks, and this branch of Huntington has by far the worst ATM performance. If the ATM is not working and you want to get cash from a teller, you have to exit the parking lot and make a left on Market Street to get back to the bank. I assume that the indifference shown by management to its out-of-service ATMs reflects the bank's general attitude that it would prefer not to serve city residents, but it is willing to do so grudgingly and in a substandard manner.

Money was deposited in wrong account by teller. ATMs are frequently not working and when they seem to be something still doesn't work, like giving you a receipt. Huntington Bank's online system is not much better. Their system is often down. There are many more examples I have but just want you to know they are a huge disappointment.

Waited in the drive thru to cash a check while teller finished doing other paper work. I was the only one there it should haven't taken so long. Called on phone for some account info and teller was very rude.

The ATM is absolutely abhorrent. The instructions are incredibly unclear for an entirely new method of inserting your card. If you do it the wrong way, it flashes red and doesn't allow another attempt for legitimately at LEAST 3 minutes straight.
