This was my first time using Independent Taxi. I had to go to Boardman bmv and Melissa was the driver. She is very friendly and helpful with me.
On the ride back home Dominic was the driver and he also was very friendly and helpful.

Had a ride from the hospital to my home last night. The dispatcher was 1st class; he kept me informed of the taxi's location and the driver was very personable and a great conversationalist! Would use them again!
