I had my hair butchered by this male stylist awhile ago. DO NOT GO HERE!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I had enough hair for my reference photos and he completely disregarded them.

Unfortunately every since I have been having short hair you have literally butched my hair I'm not happy with how much you charged me exspecially when I am wanting a great haircut and I walk out with a really bad haircut

I am absolutely livid over the experience. I went through this evening.. I have a once in a lifetime interview tomorrow afternoon. I scheduled a haircut for 7:15 PM this evening and when I got there, the girl that I had scheduled with pushed me off to a gentleman who was unable to cut my hair in the style that I was asking for and said that it would take far too long this close to closing for him to be able to cut my hair in anyway like I would like. So now it is 745 the evening before my once in a lifetime interview and I have a fuzzy dead mop on my head and will not be able to get another salon scheduled before my interview. I am literally in tears because of the way I was treated by the employees at this salon.. If I could give zero stars, I would

I come here all the time for getting my hair colored, never had an issue until this last time I went in July. The girl didn't rinse the color out of my hair all the way. She told me she had another client show up, so I was basically pushed out of the way... I didn't get a blow out, that usually comes after getting a hair color.. she stuck me under the hair dryer... after sitting there under the dryer for 20 mins or more, I realized she didn't rinse my hair color all the way out on the top of my head... so it was literally just baking into my hair under that dryer. She would've noticed if she didn't give up on me to start a new client. I had to wash my hair twice when I got home, it was so hard to get out. Good thing I didn't have anywhere else to go after! I paid and left.. Very unprofessional of her to just put me, a paying customer who had an appointment to the "back burner" because another client came in. Never had that awful of service there before. Her name was Alexa I believe.

I had John do my hair. And he was amazing. I will never go to anyone else. My hair color had been messed up elsewhere and he gave me highlights to fix the hot roots I had. And I left feeling so much better. He has a great personality to go with his amazing hair skills.

My wife asked for a partial highlight for the back of her head. The receipt says "Highlight Partial". The staff member died all of her hair an unflattering red. OMG. Terrible !!!!!Today, they did a pretty good job of fixing my wife's hair, as much as possible. It is WAY better, but no where as good as it was prior to yesterday. Kudos for working to fix it. But this was in order to try to correct a disaster.

Lisa is awesome! I recently went through some health issues and was feeling kinda down. She made my hair look great and assured me that everything was going to be okay. Tracy did my hair and it is absolutely fabulous!! The color and cut are amazing, definitely recommend. I had a thorough consultation and my hair was done exactly the way i wanted it. The rest of the staff was super kind also, especially Kaitlyn. Will definitely be back!!Services: Hair coloring
