I have bought my three granddaughters shoes there since they have been small ,,, the manager of the boardman store is GREAT !!! She always remembers me and who I’m shopping for ,,, I was there Monday 11/25/24 ,,, I bought three pair of Uggs and a pair of new balance for gifts ,, the one pair of Uggs and new balance weren’t the size I needed,, she ordered them had them sent to my house and I had them the next day ,,, now that’s service ,,, actually great service ,,,, love shopping at Journey in Boardman,, everyone is so nice and helpful !!!!!!!

I bought a pair of Hey Dudes from the website and was sent the wrong size. I was able to return them here for cash. Very good customer service and very pleasant as well!

Went to get a pair of shoes after our dog chewed them up... they did not have my particular size in stock. I was going to just go and order them online from the manufacturer directly, but the staff in the store offered to get me a lower price from them and have them shipped direct to my home. They also did so politely and friendly. Great staff and experience.

Bought a pair of hey dudes.....after wearing one time threads were coming out. They wouldn't let us exchange because they were worn (one time and falling apart). The cashier could see the threading and receipt with date that they were just purchased a few days prior but manager wouldn't let her return. I will never buy here again!

As soon as we walked in one of the workers made jokes about us not being able to afford the shoes and after we told them we were just looking they proceeded to make very rude comments about me and the other few people i was with. Would not recommend ?

Cannot return items if you don’t bring in the original box! Even if there’s a receipt they won’t do a return without the box. Makes no sense. Wore shoes and first time they ripped. Rude customer service. Beware of money grabber.
