Horrible branch.. they refuse to service us because according to the manager they didn’t have enough personnel because one employee called in . Totally unprofessional. No intention to help at all . Just sent me to another branch . I would’ve give them no stars if that was an option .

My experience with Key Bank Customer Service number was terrible. I was ready to cancel my account. However Patty resolved my issue with no hassle. She actually understood what was the issue. If you have a issue speak to someone at the bank. Do not speak to the 1800 number

I was told I could close out a CD by doing paperwork a month ahead of time and then they would close it out while I was in Florida then found out that I needed to come back to Ohio or find another branch to do paperwork after I had already done the paperwork necessary to close the CD. Then my mom passed on and I wanted to close accounts and move money around and 50,000 questions later and telling me they would call me back with an appointment they never did . Would not recommend this branch to anyone the customer service was absolutely terrible I am very disgruntled over my experience Key Bank and with the people I’ve dealt with there !!!
