The driver’s side of my car was damaged when a deer hit it. I took it to Kings since that’s who my dealership recommended. My car was only two years old with right around 22k miles on it so I wanted it perfect. They were quite nice and accommodating at drop off and assured me it would be done in a timely manner. The only way I knew what was going on over the weeks it was there was via my Toyota app that would alert me when doors were open etc. They didn’t even call to tell me it was done. I just realized the car had been moved and locked, again thanks to the app. I called there and they told me it was ready. Upon pick up, I noticed that there was an area that was still scratched. The gentleman got some photos from the paint booth and said “looks like they didn’t paint that area so you’ll have to bring it back”. I’ll call you in a week or so to get it back in. Once I got home and looked at it closer with my husband, we noticed another area of damage near the headlight that wasn’t there when I brought it in. I’m guessing that happened when they replaced the headlight. I immediately called to let them know and again they said they would call me to get it back in. A few days later I noticed that the latch on the console storage between the front seats didn’t work correctly and would get stuck. It was fine when I brought it there. Never heard from them. I called several times and left messages. No calls back. They were paid over 8k from my insurance and never actually finished the car. I ended up deciding to get a new car so I traded that one in. I will never use or recommend Kings. Horrible customer service.Service: Body & Trim

My family has used King Collision several times in the past, and I have just recently taken my car in for repairs. Unfortunately, I will no longer be using King Collision considering two pair of my designer sunglasses were stolen out of my center console of my vehicle. When I called the manager regarding my concerns, I was treated very unprofessionally and accused of making up false accusations. Upon several attempts to rectify the situation, I have been led to believe they will do nothing about this matter. I am not only disappointed in the person who stole from my car, but also the way management handled it.

I save bad reviews for people who specifically deserve them these people are total blank blank blank LOL they tried to overcharge my wife a total of $1,750 extra dollars for a job that was literally done for half by Greenwood these guys are deceitful and if you're a female they'll get you

I had used them on three occasions, now a fourth time, working with Bob Bunts an exceptional auto body expert I feel confident about the result. King Collision is the place to get work done right. Very professional. Everyone is attentive to your needs. Very reasonable in price whether you have insurance or not. They do an excellent job in repairing your car. Would not go anywhere else.

The good: A very nice paint job. Kudos to the workers with paint and assembly. The Bad: Service was absolutely horrible. Spoke to management about spraying the part a week before scheduled visit in order for paint to thoroughly dry and also to minimize downtime for vehicle and myself. Management agreed! Office called to reschedule a day later. 8 am drop off with max 2-4 hrs. Tail light, fog light, attach bumper trim. The Ugly: front service desk lady didn't know what stage of repair my truck was in at noon!!! Stoped at Boardman store and was told again they didn't have any knowledge of when it would be done or what stage the repair was in. I walked around the back of the building and seen the truck with the new tail light and fog light. No bumper trim. Figured they didn't pre paint trim like they said they would. Revisited lady in the service area. Explained to lady that I was not happy and that I figured they didn't paint the trim until today. She said that she told me that I may not have my vehicle back today and that she didn't know what was taking so long. LIAR. WTH!! After complaining and saying I was not happy a manager came out and said there was a mix up and the part didn't get painted till today, but part is in the oven and will be ready in 2 hrs. Glad they didn't lose my truck.

When I first got there everything was fine, they were friendly and the estimate they gave me was a great price and told me they would be done in about three days. I had to wait almost two weeks for my car to be finished. They would barely call me with updates and would say they would call me back but never did. Then I was charged more than the estimate and if I knew it was going to be more I wouldn’t have taken it there. I wasn’t informed until after they started the work. When I finally got it back you could visibly tell where they worked on it and there’s a scratch that was never there before , even after my accident. A good thing though is that they washed and vacuumed the inside of the car.

I was booked for a Wednesday but was unsure of the time. I was unable to reach them with repeated phone calls. Their phones were shut down. They got the phones fixed, I was able to reschedule and they did an excellent repair and checked the operation of the mirrors. Only took an hour and 15 minutes and was very reasonable price-wise.

I've never been lied to, disrepected, and forgotten about as much as this place. Will not call you when they say they will, will not provide adequate updates and most importantly they will lie to you repeatedly. My car was there for 8 months. I would call for updates (because they will ghost you) and they would just lie to me. Quick example:"Yeah, we have the tires and we will get them on tomorrow"*I'd call back in a few days*"Oh your tires are backordered"...lies after lies

Staff is top notch. These folks take care of you when your insurance doesnt. Never had a better experience. Kings made an extremely stressful time into a pleasant and easy experience.

Got my 2020 Pathfinder back after 2.5 months. They had extensive work to do (hit a steel pole with my front passenger side trying to avoid a couple deer), and with parts on backorder the wait was justifiable. What wasn't, though, was me pulling out of the parking lot and immediately having to take it to put air in my back passenger tire because the PSI was at 13. They did offer to let me bring it back the next day but we opted to take it elsewhere to have it patched. There was a piece of metal from the fender in the tire, so they obviously never checked it. I wasn't going to leave a review until today when I also figured out they never connected the hood prop rod, which takes 3 seconds of effort to complete and was fun to find out. My fiance is a service manager at a local dealership, they send a lot of work to them, and they knew this. If this is how they treat someone who sends a lot of business their way, I wouldn't want to see what they do for those who have no relationship with them.Services: Auto body & trim replacement
