The owner is racist, which isn't even offset by good work. They don't do good work. They charge a cancelation fee. Looking inside the bay door, you can see the mess the workers must work in. Electrical cords running through puddles, and causing a huge safety hazard.
The scary thing is, the owner has tried running for mayor. We need less racism, not more.

Literally just got off the phone with someone at the Niles location. (2:50 on 8/30) Asked about difference in 30 day to one year wax. He told me it's all on the website and I should make an appointment there. When I told him the website was confusing with all the options, he said, you want me to explain the website to you? At that I said no thank you and hung up. Why would I do business with this rude and ignorant individual?
