Closed 10 minutes early on valentines day. I went in at 7:50 needing last minute flowers because I had to work late. I was there the night before getting flowers for my mothers birthday but wanted to wait until valentines day to get more for my girlfriend. I asked the lady if I could still get flowers because it was still 7:50 and she said it’s basically 8 and that they were closed. Absolutely awful experience and I will never be back, lost a repeat customer for sure. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Closing early on valentines day of all days is awful and they should be embarrassed.

I ordered a handheld arrangement for my daughter for Homecoming. I gave the employees the color of her dress and shoes, and the result was not only perfect, but fairly priced! I will definitely return in the future.

Stopped in for sympathy flowers on a budget. Their customer service was great. They showed me around and picked out several live plants. They put together a beautiful basket in just a few minutes!!! Will definitely be back.

I called and ordered flowers at 10am this morning to be delivered for a birthday. I called again at 12:30pm to confirm a time for the delivery and was told there were 3 funerals today so it would be later this afternoon. it is now 8pm, they are closed and no flowers were delivered but I was charged the $76 for the flowers and delivery fee.

Customer service at its finest. The store called me to let me know they had already delivered today to the area I placed my order for. Upon realizing that it was a birthday gift, he told me he would go back out there for me. Thank you.

I tried to order flowers to be delivered at a hospital. I called to confirm delivery, and I was automatically handed off to another employee. This employee was extremely rude and defensive with me, when all I wanted to know was if my flowers had been delivered. The woman had many excuses as to why the flowers had not been delivered. “They didn’t have the right display that appeared online, they didn’t get white flowers in, they don’t actually run their website”. In addition, the woman told me she could have gotten the flowers delivered the next morning, but “she thought the patient might have been discharged”. This was not her decision to make. At the end of the call, she tried to make up for it by saying she could throw something together that would be different than the display. If I had not called, I would never have known my order had not been delivered, let alone even made yet. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend. Will not order from here again.

Horrible customer service, when they make an error they will not own up to it and try and make it the customer's fault. They didn't have the vase I ordered with the flowers. The flowers were not delivered on the day they were supposed to be, when I called them about the order they lied saying they called me about it.
