Went in to get some chlorine tabs and have our water tested Saturday around 1:30. There was a sign on the door that they were closed for lunch but the door wasn’t locked so I went in. I was asked by a woman if I saw the sign on the door. She told us to come back in 22 minutes. We left and went to the Great Escape. I was expecting to pay more but they were actually a bit more reasonably priced than Leslie’s. I’m all for workers taking a lunch break but thought that since she was in the store, she could have waited on us. Won’t be back.

The staff is very nice, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I consider myself a pool expert but the few times I been stumped I got answers there. Only real downside of Leslie's is that their prices are very very high

What a luke warm response. I needed help with a Hayward pool pump and they were abslolutely no help. The gal I spoke to just wanted me off the phone rather than help me find the parts I needed.

Usually we are very very satisfied with our dealings with Leslie pools. We have been going there for several years. Today we went to purchase a new pool heater…a $3000 purchase. The only person working there was on the phone with a new employee at another store trying to do a return. We waited 45 minutes for her to get off the phone. We asked how much longer and she shushed us. As we left…with no pool heater…she yelled “have a nice day”.

Usually very knowledgeable and helpful staff are on site. Occasionally, there will new someone new working that doesn't know anything. Great selection of products. Unfortunately, the entire pool and spa chemical industry inflates prices astronomically each year since the beginning of the pandemic. The only reason chlorine is now up 300% is greed. There has been plenty of time for the chlorine plant in Texas that was damaged in the ice storm years ago to recover. Companies need to share the burden of inflation with customers. Our money goes nowhere near as far but large companies still see increases in the percentage of their profits.

I was looking for a hot tub spa repair man. I called Leslie's, and spoke to a very nice lady. She said they didn't offer any repair services, but she gave me several names of different companies who might be able to help me. She was so kind, and helpful. I will keep them in mind for future purchases.
