I am very disappointed and frustrated with their business, with the lack of respect, communication, service, mechanical pricing and especially their social skills, particularly with the mechanics including Adam! My daughter was taken advantage of in the worst way and we will be pursuing a small claims court claim! She was charged $1500 for stuff they supposedly repaired on her truck and we know for a fact they never did! When we took her truck there the first day, it was only because it acted like it wanted to shut off at times and grant it, it is an older truck and needed some work such as a tune up, which they said they did and never did because the oil was bone dry the second time after picking the truck up. The first time they supposedly worked on it, they had the truck 5 days and it was he'll trying to get them to communicate a phone call to get up dates! When we finally picked the truck up after 5 days, they had nerve to charge my daughter $1400 plus some, and she paid with her bank card and Adam never gave her a itemized receipt for service repairs! He kept saying for days he would email it to my daughter and never did, until we ended up taking it back the very next day for lack of service on the truck, they said they initially did! They then had the truck another 3 days or so and we told them we would not pay another penny this time, for lack of what should have been completed the first service when they had the vehicle for 5 days! She then recieved an itemized receipt, being charged for services that they never did nor asked to do, like back brakes, and a list of things etc... which we never asked them to even do and we had another shop look at the truck after picking it up the second time, and things on the itemized receipt were never repaired! This complaint can go on and on, but we will be filing a court claim! My daughter is a single mom and put her trust in this company and the truck is old and needs repairs but not by dishonest people who try to make a bang off of other people's bucks! I don't care how much money you have as a business owner or how many shops you have, it's all about good HONEST customer service!! Without customers you wouldn't have a business to run! See you in court with our proof that you charged for lack of service! Also a few days ago I was told to remove this review or he would call the police but another dealership mechanic place saud its allowed to be posted because it's a public review. Every interaction was recorded all the way from the first time we stepped foot into the shop and my daughter also has an app that records every single phone call incoming and outgoing for years for this exact purpose right here. PLEASE BE CAREFUL GOING HERE.

Worst experience ever. Told me to pay for warranty that they would accept it and gave me a date to drop my truck off and then on the day that I was supposed to drop it off ( after I paid $150 for the warranty that they said they would take) he said " just take it somewhere else) after I waited almost 2 weeks to bring it to liberty auto on Belmont. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. They are not reliable. Adam is a very rude person.
