They denied $200 credit after 30 minutes of her trying on phone
I paid and bought purse with my card.
Unbelievable

Order a new coat for my wife on line paid extra for 2 day shipping 5 days and haven't seen it .So I called customer service they have no clue told me I would probably get it with 48 to 78 hour.It is actually the first time I ordered anything from Mary's and it will be the last.They use UPS that explains everything lol.

Overall decent experience, decided to go in a walk around to look because we had time to kill. We wanted to check out the toys r us section up top so we got on the escalator and my boyfriend had dropped something so he had to walk down Iike 3 steps to pick it up and then walk 3 steps up to get back to his original spot. This very rude worker who did the same thing we did (walked up the escalator instead of standing there) shouted from the top and said “it’s not a toy” as we were doing nothing wrong. And after she had shouted this she proceeded to walk away without even looking at us. Very unprofessional. If you’re gonna yell at someone for doing something “wrong” have the decency to look at them. Very rude. As we were also looking in the toy section she kept glaring at us and staring us down as if we were doing something wrong. Made us very uncomfortable and not want to come back. The lady was older looking, blond ish hair and i believe her name was Sharon. Maybe Stephane or Stacy. Lot of entitlement there for people that walk around the store and gossip all day. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business soon

I had a terrible experience at Macy’s recently. My friends and I were simply walking around the store in a group of five when we were suddenly approached by an employee and told that we had to leave because groups of more than four people are not allowed. This policy seems completely unreasonable and discriminatory. We were just there to shop and enjoy our time together, but instead, we were made to feel unwelcome and embarrassed. I won’t be coming back to Macy’s again if this is how they treat their customers.

Had fun walking around Macy's. Sure, it's a bit pricey. It's fun to window shop. And that's what I do in Macy's. Found a Toys r us in there, too! That brought out the kid in me, lol. Got to show my kids a bit of my childhood.
