Didn't have the INC jeans I was looking for. Store was clean but not one employee even asked if I needed help. When I worked for Macy's, customer service was top priority. Being ignored, I walked out. Nobody wants to actually do their job anymore.

Since the mall has so few wonderful stores, it seems Macy's is different as well. Not like it use to be regarding selection. Staff are very nice

The staff was very rude at closing time. Yesterday they did not want to charge me because it had already been closed for 20 minutes. Closing time is at 8:00 p.m. and they almost pushed us out and made fun of us. It's unfortunate that Macy's has this type of staff. They can even be racist and I'm not referring to all the staff but to the three women who were in the cashier's area on 09/11/23 boardman ohio

Lots of various selections of clothing, makeup, etc. Very few sales people to answer any questions you might have, but that seems that is the norm any more. Prices are high on certain items, but no more than expected for good quality clothing.

Staff was nice, though they didn't have the watch I was looking for, no fault of their own, they gave me a different variety to choose from. The staff sort of snubbed nosed me until I asked them about buying something though, didn't sit right with me that I wasn't feeling welcomed into the store. I'm not expecting a grand entrance but still, work on that.

Lady in furniture section super rude every time my roommates and i stop in. recently went to check out some couches to prepare to move and she came over to reprimand us for having drinks while sitting on a couch. We were holding our half empty, covered drinks with both hands talking about couches and she asked us to be careful in a standoffish tone. When we first got there we were chatting about a table sitting in the middle of the room and she came up to us and said the table is not for sale in an aggressive tone as our first interaction. On previous visits to the macys furniture section we have interacted with her and she is always unpleasant.
