Waiting 10 minutes in line, 4th one back. Cashier tells me I’m closing sir, 6 people behind me no other lanes open. I speak up and say there’s a line behind me! She asked a near by manager you want me to stay??? Manager just takes over with out saying anything to me and rings me out.
Prior to me saying anything the older gentleman in the yellow shirt perused the people in line, walked into his office shut the door. I’m thinking he’s the man in charge. Nothing happened.
5 minutes earlier I hear someone on the intercom asking “LeBron “ to open his register. I see a young man with some kind of weird hat wandering around the front end. Nothing happened. No new lanes open yet, no lights on any cash register as open.
Very few customers in the store.
I shopped at 3 other stores this afternoon, Marc’s was horrible. Terrible customer service.
Well stocked shelves, no employee interaction, clean store. Get your act together or close the place.

Long time customer-decades. Shelves virtually always stocked to perfection. Very reasonable prices. Their largest store in area.lots of high quality products-e.g.large selection of Bob's Red Mill products...

In closeout dept., my friend and I purchased 3 totes on wheels, at 3.99 each, went back 7-20-25, was told they were 14.99, told me to bring receipt back, called store said bring receipt back and I will be charged 14.99, this is STUPIDITY, girl with green hair had an ATTITUDE

Good Lord, there's a reason I don't shop here. Between everybody hating their jobs and the lack of respect for customers. Libby included. The storemarked Grape white claws are $0, and technically, they have to uphold it. But I wasn't going to throw a fit if they didn't. The first gentlemen was laughing but agreed. Then, the short tubby nasty manager came over. And I was just trying to explain it to her she's getting really snarky with me, pulls them out of my cart, and won't let me get a word in. I literally brought the ticket up and pointed it out to him so that I could help them out, and though they should have been free, as I said, I didn't throw a fit. But then I went to the back and talked to one of the bosses' boss and they were just as bad. Don't do the store a favor, and I'm not sure what honesty gets you anymore. I did feel Dimension that there was this probably 85 year old woman who wanted help to her car because she had three huge cases of water but nobody seemed in a rush to help her. So I helped her and found out that she is battling colon cancer. A little help goes a long way because you never know what people are going through. Life's too short to be that nasty. ( the workers not the lady)

I’m so mad I just left here with two steaks and when I got home I open them to make them and they both smell like rotten eggs and very disgusting will not be shopping here again I thought I would try this place instead of aldis and I’m very disappointed

Going downhill! Prices high. Produce was moldy yesterday. 11-5 More and more of off brands. Used to like shopping there close outs, but even that is expensive and failing Staff changing too, not so good! Sorry but if we don’t speak up, it will continue

This location used to be a nice place to go to get good items at decent prices. The closeout area is always filled with discounted goodies. The only complaint I have is that the cashiers are not as friendly or knowledgeable like they were when they first opened, I never get greeted, some of the employees walk Around, with a unhappy look on their faces, my items are all bagged incorrectly (cold items not put together and breads put with hard items), and I never get a thank you anymore. Some may feel like they don’t need these kind of things when shopping, but when you want to spend your money in a place you used to enjoy going to, these little things make you go elsewhere.

The store was nice and had a good variety of products. But the prices seemed higher than in other Marc's stores I have shopped in.

The staff and the customer service on the front end was fantastic. Answered all my questions, took care of all of my needs, and even went as far to go get a few items for me. The store was very clean and neat and the shelves were very well stalked. Very impressed.
