Was having issues with my Chromebook, my and my wife's phone and my tab. The guy working there abhi was kind enough to help me with it and also helped me backup all my stuff so I could now go back and forth on my devices easily.

Great Metro by T-mobile location. My sales rep name is Rajni. She’s extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about the plans,device’s. Any questions or concerns I had was addressed. I do not write reviews very often less I really see someone who cares about the customer’s. I wanted to let everyone know who is thinking of getting service with metro by t-mobile, to go to the mahoning location. Anyone you get you’ll have a great rep.
