If there were no stars to give then I would have given non. I took my SUV to Midas on Market Street in Boardman Ohio. I was told I need a motor mount, a rear back strut, a control arm and a power steering pump. And was given two new front tires that I did not ask for that cost me 300. I payed two grand for everything. I got in my SUV drove it home and never drove it again. Remind you I only stay 10 minutes from this particular Midas. On the short drive home my vehicle drove the same way it drove before I dropped it off. Fast forward to today after some time has lapsed. I’m finally about to pay someone to do the exact same work that Midas claimed to have done. Otherwise my SUV has been sitting ever since. And when this first was brought to Midas attention I was told there is nothing they could do about it. Ladies make sure you take and man when you go to places like this because I got beat. Oh and when I got in my SUV it appeared that my shift was messed up with and I’m being told now I need a new shift cord.Yeah they got me.

$80 an hour labor and pretty decent work. Free air at the last garage door. Oil changes, brakes, minor engine work I would trust it. Although if you're having any major issues stay with bigger companies or specialists. You can try to prequalify for credit with my uploaded picture from their location.

Very bad experience. Employees judged us and treated like they didn’t care, charged extra as my friend also did the same service. Didn’t even give proper explanation. The employees wanted us to leave as soon as possible

I waited 3 hours for a simple oil change and greasing. I asked the gentlemen if he greased my tie rods, which was the whole reason I went to midas, and he said he did the 3 times i asked him. Come to find out he didn’t, and not to mention $75 for an oil change? yikes!!!

Garbage . If you want to do your own alignment spectrum you can't doit because they want to do it oem soec when I'm the owner of the car and I'm the one paying I expect the job done how I want it to be done . I have work in a shop before in alignment rack and I be able to do what customer want me to make in he's car according what he want the car for!..
This ppl only do oem factory my car is not lowered and they were asking me if car was . We need race car spect services since your guys can't handle the job 🔥

Brand new car first 5000 miles oil change and tire rotation.. fuked up simple tire rotation, caused driving issues they don't want to help make it right. Now stuck with new car that doesn't drive good.. the make excuses tell you it is a defect of the car and don't want to be countable for their own actions The car drove perfect when I took it in now it don't drive good..they only rotated one side of the tires witch caused cupping and feathering to the side not rotated.. they also make up stories when you know for a fact what happened they wouldn't listen to me very sad

Went in for an oil & filter change and brake work.
They didn't change my oil filter when changing my oil..
They put on new pads and rotors and left a sticking caliper causing more brake issues then what i initially brought it in for.
Cheaply paid inexperienced mechanics, stay away.

These guys don't seem to be very trustworthy. Told me my rear brakes were bad, got em replaced, still having same problems with braking. Go to Smith Brakes down the road, he replaced front brakes everything is better.
I think Midas wanted me to come back and get front brakes replaced as well and made me pay for rear for nothing. Untrustworthy.

Took my car for 2 weeks and didn’t fix the issue. Total disappointment. Plain and simple the issues are not dealt with what a waste of time.

This place is a scam! The 5 stars are LYING They will charge an arm and a leg to only fix things that get your car off the parking lot just to have to tow it back DO NOT GO TO MIDAS

My sister went in with timing issues, they only fixed one out of 2 things that would have fixed the problem(aka CHOSE a temporary solution and risked my life and my children!!!!) and charged me $400!!!!!! Thank you for the scam Midas & employee Robert!!!!
