Will never use midas in suggest no one else biggest rip offs charge to fix car could not fix it still charged me had to tow from their to dealer were they fixed it easy stay away from the austintown store,Save your money since you'll have to pay them and STILL have to go somewhere else to get your vehicle fixed! Midas couldn't diagnose everything wrong with my vehicle the first time I went. They put on about $1200 worth of brake work and said I was good to go. I broke down with the same issue two days later and got towed back there. Several days later they said to come get my vehicle because they don't know what's wrong with it. Now my brakes still don't work that I paid for and when I asked Midas for any money back they were a big NO on that. Had to now tow my vehicle to a dealer and pay a bunch more money, pay for them to fix all the original problems Midas couldn't find, and have the same brakes done AGAIN! Don't waste your time on the Midas online complaint form!
They aren't interested in hearing about a bad experience we had at their repair shop. For them they are always right and the customer is always wrong.

Went in to get some work done and my AC had to be looked at 3x times in a month before they found the actual issue and tried to charge me over 1000 while already paying them damn near the same amount for other work when they just kept recharging it they put a random car part in my trunk that they didn’t know what it belong to and if it was even to my car lost my A/C valve caps and now a different mechanic informs me my belt keeps falling off making my car overheat because the bolts to my air compressor somehow “broke off” lol the staff were great but I don’t trust them no more service wise yall got me you live and you learn lol

Midas was gonna charge me $1700 to replace my struts. I went to a local shop to compare. The local shop told me the struts were fine, but I needed to replace my shocks and my rear brake pads; the local guy would also give me a tune up. The total cost at the local shop for all of this would be $850. Shop local.

First time ever coming here and what a great choice! I was told by a good friend to stop in and talk to Anthony about tires for my car . I must say I learned more about tires then anyone have ever showed me before ! I am happy with my purchase and I understand everything I got! If you want or need a new shop for your car repairs I recommend midas in austintown Ohio ! Thank you again Anthony !!!!

Outstanding. Towing company took 4.5 hrs to get my car to Midas, and Tony & crew STILL got it fixed that day!

Extremely pleased with my service at this Midas store. I live out of town. My car needed an oil change and had a couple other issues that needed addressed. Service was prompt. I dropped my car off and was texted with an inspection, that included pictures, as well as a quote. They answered my questions and proceeded. Tom at the desk was very friendly, and made me feel comfortable to refer him to my daughter, who does live in the area.
