Last week I pulled in to get my SUV washed. The guy that came out asked if I had a membership. I felt that was odd, because usually the "system " reads my license plate and the gate lifts upward. So he looks on the screen and says "your card has expired. Do you have a debit card? Not thinking it through fully I gave him my debit card. A phone number appears on the screen. "Is this your phone number? It wasn't even close. No I said and gave him the correct number. Now a totally wrong zip code appears. No that's not right, I said. After I finally got it washed, I started to think back on this whole confusing episode. I didn't want it on my debit card, I wanted it on a credit card (but he asked if I had a ***debit card ***. He also did not give me my original veteran's discount! I got home and thought better if I canceled this whole transaction it would be best. (Not sure if this was successful or not!) I am not a HAPPY CAMPER. Call me to get this corrected or I go back to Rogue Wave. Jason the manager at the Boardman-Poland Rd. location has my number. He was supposed to call me Monday

Not sure if they realize half the vacuums don't work and the carpet cleaner is garbage

Always quick and efficient. Love all the amenities that come with any purchase.
Bug wash area, air freshener, matt scrubber, vacuum and air nozzle for crevices.
Used to always give 5 stars, but as the place ages, some of the vacuums need repaired.

Great membership monthly plans. Highly recommended! Membership plans can be used at any MOD wash location, which is great! These are the best car washes around!

I had signed up for monthly unlimited and after 2 months cancelled because I was NEVER happy with my wash. I gave them another shot today and instantly regretted going there again. Won't ever be going back! Every location it's all the same. Terrible

Angel was great! I’m from Cleveland and just stopped by for a vacuum , he did me one better and offered a free wash! Car looks and feels great! I highly recommend stopping by!
