I have stayed at other Motel 6 before, so I thought I knew what to expect, and the pictures made it look pretty OK. I pulled into this place and immediately regretted it. Trash, shopping carts, loitering, lots of people obviously living there (unloading trucks full of stuff like furniture, pillows, toaster ovens, grills, etc) with overflow of junk outside the rooms (even though the front desk said that they only rent rooms up to a week, and most people 'check out' daily. Yeah...OK...maybe on paper). The only reason I decided to move forward was because I had a dog with me who needed a first floor room with a door to the outside. So I asked for a room in the front, near the front desk (which didn't look as bad as the rest of the property). The front desk guy seemed sympathetic and seemed to acknowledge my concerns. Anyway, the room absolutely reeked of smoke and was filthy. The toilet was beyond disgusting. Black mold in bathroom and under nightstands. Luckily I had A LOT of wipes to clean surfaces and a bed covers for the dog, so I didn't have to touch the bedding. I mentioned at checkout that the room was really filthy and she discounted $15.

Can't even give one star. Feet stuck to floor when walking in room. Bath tub looked like a murder scene. And the smell was so rancid had to go to store and get a candle to try and get rid of it. Health department needs to be shut down for allowing this hotel to remain open.

Very nice staff. The floor in our room was swept but very dirty. Didn't shower there as the bathtub was dirty looking and we were going home that morning. Air conditioner was a little noisy but, gave us a nice, cold room. TV was fine with lots of channel choices. Very inexpensive, but don't expect five star. Suited the purpose for my son and I for a place to sleep.

I'm updating a review that was generally positive to reflect the current state of the place. It wasn't clear if the bed had fresh linens, no toilet paper or rack, shower very slow to drain, two loose tiles in the shower, one fell off, someone's leftovers in the fridge, TV remote batteries taped in, no cover, smelled like smoke, lots of loitering around the property. If you can find and afford somewhere else, you should spend your money elsewhere, I will.

Booked this too
In 7/11 for a stay starting 7/30. Needed a first floor room due to a recent back surgery. Arrived and was told sorry room is on the second floor d floor and no elevator (also no assistance). Hauled everything to needed for my stay up and down the stairs twice a day which caused hell and havoc on my back. Room was clean and neat but do t expect to get the room you ask for

There were three flies, and the bathroom light won’t turn on because the switch is broken.
I could not sleep because of flies.

No refrigerator. No microwave. No coffee machine. No breakfast. They don’t have housekeeping. Had to clean my own room and change my own sheets. Flies EVERYWHERE…

Okay wow, so the second I opened the door I was hit with the strongest cigarette smell I’ve ever experienced. The sheets were stained, the TV wouldn’t turn on, flies buzzed around, there was no towel holder, mold and dirt in the shower, some kind of stains on the mirror and the door was missing a chunk of wood, there was a couch torn up right outside the room, there was nothing keeping the water from the shower from going under the faux wooden floorboards so I wouldn’t be shocked if there was mold. Chairs from inside were outside, lights flickered, the mattress was flipped and the headboard was damaged, our room was missing a chair, and people were lurking around and staring. I was MORTIFIED. I can’t even believe that this place passed code or that it even still exists. We went to a new place and came back to ask for a refund but were denied because there was only a 30 minute window and we were at 40 minuites. The lobby smelled horrible as well. Do NOT stay here. For $100 a night, I wasn’t expecting much but this was awful and honestly I was scared of it. I would rather sleep in my car in a Walmart parking lot, I’m not kidding.

We weren’t expecting a whole lot for $100 a night, but this was really terrible. Even a bit scary. The room was disgusting. There was an old torn up sofa right outside of our room, it looked like there were animals living in it. The linens had cigarette burns & solid debris within them and stains. The TV wouldn’t even turn on and it smelled terrible. We asked for a refund within 40 minutes of checking in and they refused we left and went to a different place.
