I came to this establishment requesting the owner to do a pedicure and simple overlay. He was not there that day so the owners wife serviced me. I requested a cut down before the overlay. I told her I wanted my toe nails as short as possible. She barely cut them down and proceeded to prep them for the over lay. I politely asked could she use the clippers to trim them so they could be as short as possible as I previously asked. Once again she played with the clippers and barely cut them. After the 2nd attempt to get the length I requested I gave up. She then started my acrylic application without clearing my cuticle from the nail bed. The acrylic application was beyond thick and sloppy. Also I requested a sharp square shape and after the application and filing they looked big like chicklets. At this point I didn’t feel like saying anything else. I told myself I could just reshape them at home which I should never have to do. Here it is a week and a half later the acrylic overlay is lifting at the cuticle base. I’m currently getting them corrected by another nail tech paying for the same service over again. I’m so disappointed and tired of wasting my money. At the end of the service she then stated “maybe Jimmy can do them better next time” there will never be a next time here !

Visit twice,first visit was a walkin waited a hour twenty minutes service was good. Second visit I walking made a appointment for the following day with one person when I arrived to My appointment I didn't get the nail tech that I scheduled my appointment with, I was very disappointed with my nails way to much gel application my nails are real thick and uneven, I believe I got a beginner, hopefully when I go back they will make it right

I had visited Nail Studio a few times and also visited today. I was able to leave my number and received a call in a few hours later. I was extremely grateful I was able to get in today without an appointment as I absolutely love my nails each time I go in to get serviced. I keep up with a lot of the trending designs and they always make it happen. Extremely satisfied as I’ve been service by all the nail technicians. Thank you to all the staff of Nail Studio! Great work

1st & foremost DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AS A WALK IN!!!
I was in town due to a family emergency and had to cancel my nail appointment. My nails needed to be done so I decided to come here. I'd like to preface my experience by saying that customer service begins when customer enters your doors. Priscilla and Jimmy ( I learned their names as I was sitting in the waiting area) at the 1st two stations near the front door... they didn't welcome me or notify me that there world be an extended wait due to being a walk in. If I was told this info in advance I could've made a decision if I wanted to stay or not. I also noticed that if you aren't a regular customer you won't get the best experience! My one question is if new customers are treated this way how do you expect to build clientele? If I'm in the Youngstown area needing my nails done I know where not to go!!!!

I LOVE this nail studio! I will never go anywhere else to have my nails done. I do recommend booking an appointment. I now know why the wait is so long with no appointment; they are the best nails studio around! Five months and I have not lost one nail! Super impressed!!

Priscilla has been my tech on and off for years ( I take nail breaks) love her! Always come out with bomb nails she is definitely 1 of the coldest around
