“My jeep broke down on Sunday & had to have it towed. Had it taken to Kerr's by recommendation. They were closed, I left a note with my key in the box. Called them first thing Monday morning. They had everything fixed (AND I added on replacing my front/rear brakes!)...by the end of the day! COMPLETELY impressed, awesome customer service& very reasonable pricing. “I have owned over 20 new cars, and have plenty of experience with dealers, and their service Departments and I haven't had a competent dealer until now, this dealers service dept, makes you first! I had trouble with my air conditioning, and I dropped it off so they could see what was wrong with it, so I figured I would walk over to Taco Bell and get lunch while they were checking it out, anyway I was only gone 20 minutes and my car was already diagnosed and it was sitting outside ready for me, I was in shock, usually I have to wait for an hour for them to just look at it, anyway they had to order a part. I then came back to get the part installed, they said it would be 3 hours since it was a difficult job. And guess what, it was complete in 3 hours. This time I had dropped it off and came back. My car was covered under warranty and when I came back, they handed me the keys and said all done! This was amazing! Also keep in mind my vehicle had no new dents or dirty hands all over my interior. Which usually happens 90% of the time. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle here. Great Job Honda Store!”

“Had a great experience today with Parker and Damien! Parker showed me my air filter which looked pretty dirty to me and said, it's good, you don't need to replace it yet. He even showed me how to check it myself! He could have very easily said yeah you need to replace this and charged me to do so. I'm helped finish out my transaction and was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking for fast, affordable, honest, careful service!”
