“Love the hometown atmosphere of this pharmacy. All but one of the staff are very helpful and do an excellent job.
Don’t know her name. One needs to work on her people skills. About a month ago I had psych meds that were filled there. When I’m being lithium, strong mood stabilizer, also a seizure medication. Without it could cause seizures. I didn’t have time to wait for the medication. So the pharmacist sent it to my home via United States post office. For some reason, it was never delivered instead supposedly for incorrect address it was sent Back. We’re talking a week of waiting Every time I called, I was told it was out for delivery today. Till I had enough, I asked for the tracking number went on the website and looked it up myself. That’s where I found out that it was returned and not for delivery to their location. But the lady on the phone was rude and never gave me complete information. Other than This incident. I think the pharmacy is great. I went highly recommend him to anyone.”

“Crazy to me that people complain about pharmacists getting a lunch break to eat their food and go to the bathroom and catch a breather WHILE ALSO being on a lunch break ? And then have the nerve to complain about them doing what they want during their LUNCH BREAK. So who cares if they want to talk about their weekend while they’re ON BREAK <~~~ you’re doing what you want on your lunch break. Why do you get a lunch break but no one else does? Why do you get to leave your job to pick up a prescription but a pharmacist is not allowed the same courtesy ?
And ALSO. Check the Ohio State Board of pharmacy. It is a state law that they have to close for a half an hour during the day. You want to complain? Complain to the people who make the rules. Not the company who’s following the rules.
I stand for pharmacies and the people getting time to take a breath so other people aren’t harmed due to pharmacists being overworked and stressed out. I stand for them getting A SECOND to check on their mental health so they don’t commit suicide because of the strenuous work load that is strapped on to them every single day. Have some courtesy.”

The associate in the pharmacy went out of her way to check their supplies and found the item in stock. I truly appreciate her assistance!!”

“Drive thru...The wait to pick up prescriptions is always at least 20 minutes or more depending on if you get there when it's not busy or there's a ton of cars. It's not anyone's fault, just a busy Pharmacy. The agent at the window was super nice & smiling, I thought I was on Mars somewhere, no one now a days is that nice. It was a female & she was just the sweetest thing, it was hard to believe, but she was very good & fast.”

More than once, they've found me a coupon or a discount and saved me a bunch of money. They always make a point of letting me know when my drugs have interactions. I can't recommend them enough.”
“I've been a customer at Lincoln Knolls Pharmacy for quite a few years. I wouldn't consider another pharmacy. Todd, Don, and Ashley are all personable, knowledgeable, and professional. “I have been a customer here for 9 years. I've also been to other big chain pharmacies, there's no comparison. The staff at Hometown know you by name, and you know them. Just the other day I forgot to pay my insurance premium so my monthly prescription was denied. The insurance company said it would take a few days once I played my premium. The Pharmacist understood my situation and gave me a few days supply to hold me over. No big chain pharmacies would do that. This is just one example of their personalized care which is so rare now. I so appreciate everyone at Hometown Pharmacy!”

“We always have a great experience at Grandpas!!! My grandsons love it there and live to sample the munchies. Brailyn was so nice to us and was so friendly and sweet in giving the boys some samples.
