Terrible experiences at this location. Endless lines, understaffed, employees are rude. We went in to make a withdrawal to pay for some home repairs and they had the audacity to question the reason why we were withdrawing money from our own flipping account! After a thorough inquisition from them regarding the intended use of our funds they said they had to get approval and the manager wasn't available. Who do these people think they are? Thank goodness the other PNC locations are wonderful. Don't put yourself through the hassle, just go to a different branch.

Banker at this location told me my PNC bank check to the IRS never cleared. Went to another PNC location and guess what...check did clear. Hmmm; couple that with the fact that it is by far the slowest teller line I visit. Under staffed?? Idk

Zero stars - very disappointed when I called and asked if they could issue a new debit card because mine was compromised. I was told that I had to make an appointment. The few appointments that were available would no work due to my work schedule so I was told next week had more afternoon availability. I went to the Boardman branch and the staff there was more than happy to help me right away (even though they were busy) and I had a new card in my hand in about 10 minutes start to finish. Shame on Austintown branch for not servicing their customer needs. Boardman will be my branch from now on, such good customer service. I know now why hey are always busy, they are worth the wait.

As I can see by the reviews mine will be no different than a large percentage of customers. This branch is by far the worst PNC we have had multiple issues with this particular branch. As far as I’m concerned they need to close this location down doesn’t really matter if you have to travel a bit to another branch this location only wastes you time and DOES NOTHING To Rectify your banking needs.

This bank has seriously been the best one I have dealt with, so I've been a customer for years. My husband and I talked to Brian in Austintown about saving, and he was really helpful. Definitely reccomend.

PNC has closed branches in our area. Now it takes even longer to do anything. Longer to drive there, longer to do banking whether it’s inside or the drive thru. What should take 5 minutes, takes 20. Hire more tellers. You’re going to tell me PNC doesn’t have analytics to make their banking more efficient? I’ve been with PNC over 20 years and they took away free checking over 10 years ago. Getting sick of paying imaginary fees if I don’t keep enough in my checking every month (so they can make money and borrow against it). Might just close my account and go with a local credit union instead. Get it together PNC

Atm a mess does not issue your money but with draws the money from your account and you have to wait 10 days to get your money returned !! Go to any other bank !!!!!!
