“Aside from everyone else’s comments, I actually had a very pleasant experience. The gentleman here was very helpful with me trying to ship some papers out and didn’t make me go to the back of the line either after adjusting the postal address. Both of the staff members were super kind and unlike the typical mail service employees that are talked about in the other reviews. Thanks to you two!”

“Staff was super helpful. Saved me from a serious mistake that would have costed me a major inconvenience. Friendly, convenient...it's a much smaller post office that the one in Austin town so don't expect to find allllll the variety of greeting cards n all the many different things ...or like downtown Youngstown...think...bare minimum but definitely enough to get the job done in most cases! It's only a small space tho they can't fit all that kind of stuff!”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ only for Ronda! Every time I stop by for USPS needs, she's there w that gorg smile! She's personable, she's a genuinely awesome human being. The men around seem like ?, no facial expression. Have yet to come in & Ronda not be there. I'll walk out & return when she is! Appreciate people & be kind, be extra amazing, like Ronda!”

“I accidentally mailed out my damn wallet ! Size medium flat rate box with the lizard sticker on it ! Is it too late to re- route my itinerary? I gotta catch that 6:00 flight to Los Angeles”
“Cynthia was very kind and walked me through. Everything had patience with me for I am not used to shipping things. I also did the survey and gave her High rating. Her kindness really made a bad morning a good one thank you Cynthia.”
“This post office is awesome. I was wondering why the huge line seemed to calm when I first went in. It turns out that they had no reason to be upset. You know how post offices tend to be overheated or cold or somehow both? Not this one. It was comfortable. There was one person at the counter, Ken, and he was fast, friendly, polite, and somehow made the transaction fun. It was the best post office experience ever.”
