I had an amazing experience at Precision Automotive Group! Nasr provided the best customer service I came in just for an oil change, and he went above and beyond by checking my entire car, filling up my tires, and even cleaning off my battery. I absolutely love this place and will definitely continue to come here. They truly are the best!!!! ☺️

Precision Auto did a fantastic job fixing my 2014 Ford Fusion. We thought the issue was with the struts, but it turned out to be the links. They gave us an appointment, put the car on the lift, and finished the work in just an hour and a half. Customer service is superb, and their advice is thorough. Highly recommend them!

I had the best experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle here. I would not hesitate to recommend precision Auto group to any of my friends or family. Nasr and Amen were wonderful. They showed me several different vehicles and were happy to let me test drive multiple until I found the one that I was happy with. It's no easy task pulling multiple cars out and putting them back because you have an indecisive buyer, but they were happy to do it. They went over the car, cleaned and detailed it. If you looked at pre-owned cars and youngstown, you know what a big deal that is lol. Oh, they even put gas in it for me! I'm telling you, I could not be happier with this purchase. I also left with a 6-month warranty on the car. Next time I'm in the market for a used car, this is exactly where I will go and if anybody else I know is, this is where I will tell them to look. Thank you so much guys!!

We recently bought a 2011 Camry from Precision Auto. The experience could not have been better! They made sure that everything that was wrong with the car was fixed before we brought it home. We got a great price AND a 6 month warranty. The customer service was over the top! Highly recommend.

Been using these expert mechanics to fix and purchase dependable vehicles for over 25 years now. Just purchased a vehicle for my daughter there. When we told them we would like to purchase it, they said to come back at 5pm, wanted to do one more overview of the vehicle and buff out the headlight that my daughter had asked about. Upon arrival, it looked just as clean as the other headlight. Even with higher miles, I feel confident knowing that these guys were the sellers of it.....super knowledgeable on what to look for before making it available on their lot and if anything goes awry, more than capable of effectively fixing it at a reasonable price!!

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to the guys at precision who fixed the transmission on my 2007 Honda Civic. Car was struggling pretty bad and I wasn’t sure if it was even worth saving, but he really came through. He explained everything clearly, found a good used transmission with decent mileage, and got it swapped out without trying to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. The car runs way smoother now—no more slipping or weird sounds. Would definitely recommend coming here for any issues that you would have with your car.
