I went there last week, and the lady who did my mani/pedi was fanominal. She saw my knee replacement scar and took it really easy as far as me moving around a lot when she found out that I'm still in the healing stage and my knee is still pretty stiff. I will continue to go back to her every 2 weeks. Thank you for a kind experience, you made my day.

Disregard anything bad thing about this place, I believe it's daughter and father for the most part that worked there and they are sweethearts. Had nothing but great experiences over there for the last 6 years even took my husband there to get his nails buffed for our wedding. Yes they do like to be paid in cash so prepare for that. Highly recommend! Best in town

Horrible service me and my daughter waited 20 minutes before the lady spoke to me stating that there credit card machine wasn’t working….there where only two people ahead of me n my daughter she could have started that the machine was broken when me n my daughter walked in

This place is literally the worst nail salon in Youngstown. Don’t answer the phone. They don’t accept card as mentioned on ad. Terrible, rushed service. The lady who works here is extremely rude/unpleasant. I asked her to file my mail down a little more she completely ignored me and when I spoke up she said no lol. Obviously I asked her if the man could do my nails next time I swear to God she said “no next time you leave” ? meaning next time don’t come. Wow. Lol won’t be back.

This is the only place that I will come I’ve been to every nail salon around here I even do nails myself and I still choose Princess nails over everybody their pedicures exceed every expectation I have really bad feet andWhen I walk out of there every problem an issue I have is eliminated they are my foot doctor. . Lol! And They are so reasonably priced it’s beyond anything I’ve seen in this whole city she charges me $45 for what another salon will charge me $100 for I would definitely recommend Princess nails
