REALLY? I took my 2013 F-150 in for a recall on the transmission software. My blower on my air conditioning was recently stuck on High and wouldn't adjust. That is usually just a simple resistor replacement. A $30-$35 part at any of the local parts stores (I checked). I thought I would just have them do it while I'm in there. I could have done it myself as it is just 3 screws to drop the glove box, 2 carpet retainers to pop off and then 2 screws holding in the resistor. I was correct in my diagnosis of the problem. Got my bill and it was $530!!! I was OK with them charging a diagnosis fee, but they charged me over $157 for the resistor, and $336 in labor!!! On top of all that, I was sent a text the morning of the scheduled service that I could text or call that number to ask questions or correspond. I texted several times after they had my truck 2 days. I got no response. I called 3 different times and got voicemail, hung up on, and finally talked to the tech who was working on my truck and he said it was almost finished. Next day I went to pick up and the girl who rang me out gave me the keys and said it was out front. I went out front and it wasn't there. Went back in and she said "it usually is out front when they put the keys with the paperwork".
I have a fleet of ford transits we use for delivery at my company and I will NEVER bring any of them there for service after this.
Ridiculous! They get one star because the truck is fixed and working so far.

John made my car purchasing experience simple and efficient. He was friendly and very knowledgeable with any question I had. He was thorough in explaining all of the components of my new vehicle. Bonnie in finance was also very helpful and nice. I had a great experience at Cochran and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

Haven't had great luck with Ford dealerships in the county but figured I would give this one a try, and it was exactly the same. I had brought my car to get a diagnosis on my AC compressor and was told it was going to be $168 by two separate service members. When car was dropped off at 8:30 in the morning, there was no attempt to contact me to authorize for more labor work, even after I tried contacting them to get an update on my vehicle. Upon getting a call about eight hours after drop off, I was informed that there was a problem and was not asked to give my verbal authorization to complete any work. After picking up my vehicle and reflecting on my appointment and read through my invoice, I realized what I was told on the phone, was not the case and on the invoice it was a separate problem that I was not aware of. I called this morning to get it taken care of and to ask some questions, and Craig from the service department instead of explaining told me that the issue was fixed and there should be no problem, but I did not authorize the extra labor passed the diagnostic. I was told he was going to check with his manager to see what to do and I was hung up on with no further explanation. So I called again because I wanted to know what was going on and could not reach a person, and management failed to pick up the phone. After disputing the charge with my bank, I get a call back and was told there would be a refund coming in the next few days but was not apologized to. I was/am disappointed as this service department was highly recommended to me to get my vehicle looked at, but safe to say I will not be returning to this dealership for any problems, and probably not any other Ford dealership in the county.

Recently purchased a 2018 GMC Canyon on Thursday June 14. My salesman was Ryan Everett. Ryan made the purchase very issue free. I was given a fair value for my trade n the vehicle i purchased was fairly priced. The entire process went very smooth. Would recommend Cochran Ford of Boardman if you ware looking for new or used. Seems like Ohio is the place to go for me as i purchased most of my vehicles there as then always seem to be lower in price.

My wife and I just got our new Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks edition from Cochran and the experience was very enjoyable. Ryan and the rest of the staff were great to deal with.

Bought a used ford focus (thanks Bill). Everything went very smoothly. The people (sales & finance) I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. 5 ⭐️all around.

I was a little disappointed came from butler pa and they would not fill the gas tank I left there with a 1/4 tank and immediately went to fill up for my ride home I did ask . Thought that was short sighted. Otherwise was good experience

Hands down best experience ever! Went just to look at a truck my husband was interested in and Jim Keeney came out to greet us. It was almost 7pm and they were to close at 8pm. Needless to say we were there until 1030pm. Jim and Jeff stayed to close the deal. They were great to work with and made the entire experience seamless. Will definitely recommend and return!!! Thank you!!! ?

This ford has been great, me and my 11month old came in at 10 am for service. The lady was so nice she didn’t want me and baby waiting which I was already so stressed out about. She said that ford can come pick your car up at home! I never knew that was a thing. So i was able to go home and relax and so that my baby can be comfortable at home. This place stays on top when it comes to their cars and the mechanics. Other dealerships i been to always made me feel uncomfortable they act as if you’re bothering them, this dealership is not like that.
