I got a washer and dryer from them recently. My payment was different from my agreement. These guys came POUNDING aggressively on my door not once but twice. When I called Stan got ignorant with me and gave me SIX different numbers, none of what made sense and all different from what the guys at my door said it was. Never again will I rent here, very unprofessional.

Was paying on something for five months was told today if I wanted to keep my account I needed to set up for auto pay I told them from the start I could not do auto pay and was told I could come in monthly to make my payment I've been a loyal customer to them paid off a freezer, TV, big TV stand and on my way to return the Nintendo switch I was paying for today someone called me from the liberty location and told me the manager said if I pay 13.00 more a month he would wave the auto pay never again will I ever go to them I was ripped off

I've been doing business with this rent A Center location on Belmont Ave in Liberty Ohio for over 5yrs I've been a very loyal customer and have gotten whole living room suit,two recliners,tv,stove AC and now waiting on my portable washer. But I have to say I'm really upset that Bob Burns quit the manager position. I've not had a problem with any of the associates in the store nor either of the two managers I've dealt with in the years coming here but after talking to the new manager today I'm not to sure that I'll be getting any other items after I pay off what I already have. Maybe I have just felt he came at me in a way I didn't appreciate it. We all have things that come up unexpectedly and need a little help here and there and that's all I was asking for was to extend my payment due date to the end of the month and in order for me to do that I had to enroll in auto pay. And the reason I didn't already enroll was because I never know which card I'm taking it off of and sometimes I come in and pay cash. But he was persistent on the matter so guess what I had to do!! And I don't like being asked alot of questions, you're not my mama or daddy!

Can someone let me know when they're having a going out of business sale?? Price's too high even for someone with low income "IN NEED" of anything!!! It's a rip off.. I got a washer and dryer from them unfortunately it blew my water heater so I sent it back and didn't know that I didn't finish the month so I had a "53.18 RETURN CREDIT" saying I can put it towards something else that I can't afford in the end because the store doubles the price from any store in existence so guess what they just get to keep my money because I choose not to rent anything else from them because they're too expensive because of the horrible way of business this was a bad idea from the start and I've been saying it since I was a kid myself. Almost as bad as the government saying they have homes for the needy and low income and it's livable andSafe for families ??????

My suggestion, hmmm!!!! What can I say besides I wish I didn't have to use places like this.. "So let's be honest"The only good thing I took away from my visit in the store is the way the customer service rep Ashley patiently and calmly helped me through whatever went wrong with my account.. I walked in so frustrated and not in the best mood but I guess (and it's not about racism even though I felt like I was invisible) the young sweethearted lady gets to deal with the angry Black customer while everyone else ignores and stays away from the situation. But I wasn't angry like I wanted to snap at them I just wanted to understand why I couldn't deal with someone who had more information on the my account or at least had access to the permission to make adjustments so that the problem could be easily resolved because the online portal is GARBAGE.. What is the point in having online portals and people from the store calling non stop if when I come into the store the information I gave and the reserve deposit I gave online meant nothing. I appreciate Ashley for her help but it seemed like she was the only person in the store who was willing to help me and deal with my frustrations at the situation.. I walked out of that store in such a better mood than I went in with.

Terrible customer service when you're late! Also they won't let you put money towards your account, even if you're keeping in contact with them. Very rude, needs new management!
