The only thing I think is not fair enough is the one day they was bringing in so many food I mean it was a truck full of food I was so hungry me and my kids was soooo sooo hungry I didn't eat in 3 days n my kids was eating a lil bit ones a day I was begging for food and they said no impossible you will have to come back at lunch or dinner time can't remember if they said dinner or lunch I begging for them to let me take anything because I was not gonna be available to find a. Ride to go back and they let me and my kids go hungry my kids was saying to that lady ufff can I have some please and she was like not now sorry your mom need to come back later and they was bringing in so much food breads cake that was sad ? that broke. My heart in thousands of peaces because of my kids I don't care if I don't eat but they don't know any better even my younger she was mom why that lady didn't wanna give us food she was mean ???? I wish all the people who donated go n act like a customer so they can see the food they give us the most important thing this I know because my neighbor mom was working there and she said the 99.99 percent the employees keep the best for themselves wish is true because I remember one time I was eating there and there was this lady who work there getting cakes for her to take home we was in the line waiting till she done taking was she was taking to her house after she done then she started giving us one and we couldn't even chose it was whatever she give us that's so so sad because they donated good stuff for people in need and they still take the best same whit the clothes they always keep the best n leave us the worst smh

Hours of operation needs updated. Drove there because website says open at 0830 and sign on door says 1000. Wasted trip.

The short haired older lady is absolutely rude and acts as though people are trash and owe her a debt of gratitude. The rest of the staff was amazing, empathetic, and kind. I wish I could give a 5, but that lady will definitely resonate with me for quite a while. I had surgery 4 weeks ago and cannot make ends meet currently. She was combative, rude, and had a chip on her shoulder and tried to say I did by explaining the situation and letting her know my case was an exception. She tried to tell me I spoke to a lady which was not the same person she referred to. The lady on the phone as well as in person who I spoke to said there was a box of gifts and clothing would be available in a week. The mean lady stated the other was wrong and I left. I have donated and have adopted families multiple times and when I truly needed help this holiday season- I was made to feel worthless. Nice to know after the thousands I’ve contributed to this organization in the past. I hope and pray this woman is a volunteer only and only for this year, because she has a nasty demeanor. The rest of the staff; thank you for being so kind and accommodating.People should be able to speak and come in without judgment or attitude for those needing help. You know how difficult it is to ask for help to begin with, especially when a person has worked tirelessly for over 30 plus years? Thank you for making me feel like a piece of garbage, short haired older lady.

Too many people who drink and do drugs in the parking lot . The people in charge will take up handicap parking then block other handicap parking with cones

Great place give food to needy and help constantly. The people that serve there are so wonderful kind and compassionate. Everyweek Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's they give LUNCHES from 1130am -1230am. They helped with clothes shoes for my kid's. Even bike's and scooters for my children. I truly feel so blessed....???? Also they have church service's and have coffee and water sometimes snacks for kids or anyone.?❤?
