We were at the concession stand yesterday 3/12/22 around 2pm and ordered a 16" pizza. There was an older lady and young boy working. I placed my order w/the young boy. The boy placed the pizza in to bake. Once I noticed the pizza was done I approached the counter. The boy went behind a second counter and began to use his phone. I asked, "isn't that my pizza?" He replied, "she'll get it for you." Referring to the older lady who was in the refrigerator in the back. I asked him why wasn't he going to do it? He said, while still playing w/his phone, I'm doing my sports." As of f this was an acceptable answer. As a business owner we all know that using the phone while on the clock is "stealing " and even worst disregarding a customer with a dismissal as if what they are doing is more important than the reason why they are there is unacceptable. I'm hoping that this isn't an ongoing practice w/your employees and hope that this behavior will be addressed an corrected ASAP. This was such a poor representation of what Sam's Club has been through my past years of shopping with you guy. Totally unacceptable and I hope this will never occur again. Phone (leisure time) before job (work time) while on the clock. Very disappointing.

Advertised special hours for healthcare workers then let the general public in. Was told they weren’t allowed to check badges, yet every other company can check healthcare workers badges to offer incentives or free items. Also didn’t honor the regular hours for the plus members to shop. Will shop somewhere else! So disappointed.

Sam's club has to be my favorite store. We save so much money by going here. The place is always clean, always running deals & rarely out of stock. Plus so much cool stuff!

I went to Sam's on their very busy one day sale with a list of things I needed from their ad, fully expecting them to say they are out of stock. When I arrived, a worker asked if I needed help and I showed him the list. He immediately took me to every product and loaded them in my cart. The best customer service I have had!! Thank you Sam's Club.

Friendly workers and usually has everything I need in stock. Decent prices. I like to use the scan and pay on the app. So much better than waiting in line during the busy holiday season.

I had to recently fix a wedding cake purchased there. They would not refund any money on the cake and told the bride to be that there was no one to fix it Sat morn, so they could come back and get it. I’m not sure how someone could make a wedding cake that looked so bad and be proud of their work. Worse yet, is that they didn’t make it right with the couple �
