You know , you hear these people , these girls , rather , I don't even want to call them women because all they're doing is complaining very negative about Sephora i wish I had a 10th of what Sephora makes that these people want to say, well, I mean there are sales people that don't want bothered if there's not too many people in there that's not right, but I don't know I wasn't there to sit The Times I went there. I know what I want. I go there and get it, you know, I like Armani Gio. Aqua Perfumo Black bottle. Grand Slam I Swear it has Fermones Everywhere I go Someone, A WOMAN says Omg you Smell Wonderful my God. Yes that's what I get.

I had visited this store twice before and honestly left feeling a little unwelcome. But last night, everything was completely different thanks to Loa and Keegan. They were so kind, attentive, and really made me feel comfortable and appreciated. They took the time to help me choose my entire new skincare routine, makeup, and brushes. Their professionalism and warmth truly changed my experience. I left so happy and confident with my purchase. Thank you so much, Loa and Keegan, for making me feel valued as a customer!

I visited hoping for some advice on a few things...and what I got was some excellent advice from Ava.
She guided me away from buying things that weren't rt for my skin tone, for years my foundation shade made me look like a twilight cast member...I can finally look normal!! She knows her stuff šš

I visited this location with my friend on Sunday, 4/27/25. Other than my friend and I there were no other customers in the store. The two sales associates were behind the checkout area just chatting with each other. My friend wanted to purchase a specific type of eye makeup and approached the sales associates for assistance. They came off as completely bothered to help my friend and (as other reviewers stated) they came off as judgmental and rude. I felt utterly unwelcome.

I came in looking for a specific cologne for my girlfriend, but did not know anything other than the brand name. Ava was very helpful, patient, and kind while assisting me! She definitely made the experience much less stressful and was able to help me identify which cologne it was. The store is also well organized and clean!

This Sephora has barely any brands and the brands they do have are never stocked, hate having to drive an hour to an actual Sephora because this one sucks

The store does not provide samples. Staff unfriendly and will assist only grudgingly. Hard pass.

Abrasive staff. Come off as judgmental. Applies to the short haired one of two employees on the floor. Just go further down the Plaza, or order online.

Only 1 person working every time, bare shelves and rude staff. Rather drive to Ross Park to the actual store and get treated better.

I read the negative reviews and I have only had good experiences all 4 or 5 times I went in. Very knowledgeable manager. Some employees know more than others but that's anywhere you go.

I swear I get looked at by staff like I am stealing when Iām actually purchasing. Feels like Iām being singled out and I dislike that.

I never write reviews but I felt like I needed to. I and multiple customers were in the store and the staff stood behind the register the whole time talking about personal gossip while customers were asking questions and the staff didn't really help answer. They were more concerned about their conversation rather than any of the clients needs.

They do not accept gift cards nor do they do returns from online. It is very misleading and does not function like a Sephora. I was told to drive over an hour away if I would like to return in-store. Switching to Ulta.

Friday 7/15 I went to kohls 50 mins from my home in a place i am unfamiliar to do some school shopping for my daughter because that area has tons of stores and right away Iām being followed and that continues throughout the entire time Iām shopping. As Iām in the dressing room I hear over the speaker that the store is closing in 15 mins I begin to prepare to checkout and realize I cannot find my bank card so i begin retracing my steps and there is this employee who is also a manager following me yet again she was EVERYWHERE I went so I assume she thinks Iām doing the five finger discount so I show her the inside of my purse and the only thing in it is my phone before I go outside to check my car and somehow my phone fell out right after showing her the inside of my purse (I was rushing because it was closing time) I get out to my car canāt find my card and realize my phone is now missing too so I come back in and the kohls shopping bag I had along with the clothes I was going to purchase were missing.. & yep MY PHONE! I begin crying at that point and this manager said āno phone was reported being foundā (itās been a whole two mins since her and I seen my phone in my bag before it fell out) I begin running around frantically looking for my phone I get on the floor to make sure itās not under anything and this manager keeps telling me to leave as Iām bawling telling her I have no way home I canāt get home without my gps I donāt know my way at all she kept telling me to leave and threatening the cops (thereās still other customers inside at this point) I again am still bawling telling her Iām scared I canāt get home without my phone) she didnāt offer to let me use a phone or to help me NOTHING.
SHE. TOOK. MY. PHONE. My phone didnāt grow legs and run off to Jupiter I was in the same area before exiting the door which was by the door in the first place. She was inside for a whole 30 mins at least after closing time and left and walked by me like I was a piece of garbage. I had to ask a stranger to use her phone to call the only number I know by heart and by the grace of god my boyfriend picked up the phone and arranged someone to pick me up, I wasnāt able to get my phone and or car until 2 days later.
I get an email(after complaining since the incident) from the senior Vice President and we arranged a phone call and this man does not think the manager should be fired he didnāt share the same feelings as I did and offered me a gift card, I declined because what she did to me is not slap on the wrist worthy it is being fired worthy and criminally charged worthy at the very least.
Why this woman targeted me idk why this woman took my phone and didnāt care that I couldnāt get home without it idk why this woman wanted to hurt me idk I may never know but one thing I do know is I will not let this go easily at all under any circumstance. I fight and I donāt give up and no one deserves to be treated like that my heart is broke truly it is. & add having autism to the mix it was 10x more intense and traumatic for me.
