Sherwood Food Distributors offers a mix of experiences for truck drivers. Many reviews highlight the friendly staff, noting that the employees are nice and helpful. The facility provides overnight parking in a large dirt lot that can accommodate around 50 trucks, although there are no restrooms available when closed. Check-in is done at a shack, and drivers can easily walk to the shipping and receiving area when it opens at 5:30 am. While the check-in process can be smooth, with some drivers reporting quick unload times of about 1.5 to 3 hours, there are mixed reviews about the lumper service. Some drivers found the TAGZ lumper service to be rude, and the fees can be significant, ranging from $190 to $310 depending on the load. Payment options are limited to cash, checks, or Comdata checks, as card payments are not accepted. Despite these challenges, many drivers appreciate the overall experience, finding it to be better than anticipated, especially with the availability of parking and friendly staff support.
I’ve arrived here 11:00am and get unloaded at 2:00pm

Woman at Receiving and Security Services are very nice, took me about 3 hours for In and Out. The TAGZ lumper service was too rude, some guys there have no sense of talking and cranky for some reasons, not happy with their behaviour and service.
