CROOKS, LEASED A VEHICLE THRU THEM, TRIED FOR 5 MONTHS TO GET OUR CAR REPAIRED THRU THE WARRENTY, NEVER ORDERED THE PARTS AND 1 DAY THEY JUST GO OUT OF BUSINESS WITHOUT WARNING THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

First time buying a vehicle from a dealer. If I could give them 10 negative stars I would. We looked at a truck that supposedly was serviced and completely checked out, ready to go to work. We immediately had some concerns about it. The owner Ray assured, reassured and triple assured he would cover any cost of repairs if that would happen to be the case. We got it home had more concerns. Ray kept reassuring us saying just drive it. If you have any problems I’ll take care of it. Wes said the same thing. We tried to contact them again as the problems persisted and escalated. No answer. No call back. Finally as the 90 day warranty was almost up good ole Wes did return a couple phone calls. Only to deny that they ever said they would cover any repairs. Poking fun at our situation saying, don’t you just need the truck for farm work?? Huh!!! Have you ever seen the loads a farm truck has to pull. BIG trailer loads of hay up steep long hills. Or maybe pulling a loaded cattle trailer. Farm trucks are some of the hardest working trucks there are.Yea it doesn’t need to be running top notch to keep up with a dairy farm. Also if you buy a $10,000 truck you expect it to be ready to go a few thousand miles if the need arises. Long expensive story short, we finally got it in a shop and yup just as we suspected. Blown head gasket, heads are bad, injectors are bad, cp4 pump is bad. Garage says $10,000 to fix it. Hmmm… so same price as the truck?!! Stay away from this corrupt, lying, money grabbing company. They’re the kind of people that give dealerships a bad name.

I was trying to buy a vehicle from the these folks. Very easy sale. I’d been looking for the right one for quite some time. There’s checked all the boxes. I dealt with someone named WES. I asked for a Car Fax and they took forever to get me one. When I finally got the Car Fax I asked for additional pictures of the vehicle. They are near CANADA and I heard they sell I lot of rusted out vehicles. I asked on multiple occasions for the pictures of the undercarriage of the vehicle. I left multiple messages with WES. He doesn’t follow up. I was supposed to get some pictures on Saturday after waiting since Thursday. No pictures on Saturday. I then followed up with WES on Monday after not hearing from him. He said he’d forgot and would try and get me some on Tuesday. I woke up Tuesday to a message from WES that they sold the car. All I needed was some pictures to make this a done deal. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER SEEN. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS IS A BAD PLACE TO BUY A CAR. Thanks WES for all your help. 😡 😡 angry 😡

The worst car buying experience ever. The man suggested a deal and we agreed on it only to have his lackey call us a few hours later saying he’s backing out of the deal and he’s allowed to because he’s the owner. While that might be true it’s terrible business ethics. Stay away from here at ALL COST. As you see the comment below, no I PERSONALLY DID NOT WALK IN. However both my wife and mother did and I spoke to RAY personally on the phone is that enough evidence. I can post the number he was texting my wife from here also if you’d like.

I bought three vehicles in the past 7 years off of this dealership. A Dodge ram pickup truck, Chevrolet equinox and a Mercedes-Benz. All three were one owner cars and well-maintained by the previous owners. Fair price and excellent service. Ray and his wife were wonderful people to work with. I would definitely purchase another vehicle in the future without hesitation. Wes the manager went out of his way to accommodate me on a cosmetic issue I had with the delamination of the center caps on the wheels of the Mercedes Benz. He ordered new ones from the dealership and had them sent directly to my house. Thank you, Wes. Class act people!

They really need to understand accountability when it comes to the fact that they had to fire their old mechanic because he didn't know how to fix cars properly and instead of trying to charge someone and then try to charge someone thousands of dollars to fix their vehicle when they old mechanic claimed nothing was wrong ‼️ Maybe try to work out a reasonable price to fix a vehicle since your continuously making payments on a vehicle that has been undrivable since November I'll never buy from this lot again ?

I purchased a Mercedes from this location. There was a washer pump that was already defective and damaged before I purchased the car they made me pay out-of-pocket and would not cover. I just recently traded in for a new Toyota, and could hardly get any money because there was a huge exhaust leak that I told them was wrong with it and they said that's the natural sound of the car. I highly doubt they even checked the exhaust. I also mentioned there was a check engine light. It was an air injection pump that my warranty still would not cover even after replacing it. I took it back to them, and the old man who runs the place wouldn't to do anything, except teach me a trick about playing with the gas cap to fix the emissions. The blonde accountant is the only person I have respect for

Good Guys to deal with we have bought several cars there throughout the years and have had no problems with them we recommend them for a good used cars. I recently just bought another used car from them traded my truck in I had a problem with the a.m. radio on the new car that I got from them I took it back several days later and they completely repaired the problem no questions asked
