This was a check up before i left on a road trip. Took longer than expected. Didn't use coupons I brought for billing. I had to remind them twice. They had to give me a credit. They did wash it, which was nice!

I have my 2020 Chevy Impala serviced with an oil change at Cochran Chevy. The service was excellent and prompt. From check in to check out, the Service Advisor, Brandon Hill explained everything with my car. I received a text with a video after my service showing what was done. Very pleasant and efficient service! I’ll be back!

Chris J was hands down the best salesman we’ve ever had. I stopped in to test drive an acadia. I was honest from the start that it was only a test drive & may or may be in the market for a new car. He didn’t pressure me at all to purchase . He gave me the same experience as I test drove as if i was about to buy then and there. The next day , my husband decided to buy the car ( a surprise for me ) and he went with chris because of the positive things i said after my test drive. My husband said he was fantastic to work with, patient & ordered us brand new rubber floor mats for the acadia. 10/10 would highly recommend chris @ cochran if you’re in the market for a new car !
