I called the store @ the Shops at Boardman Park to see if they could transfer my data to my new device & the customer service representative said bring it in. I called the Tmobile store on Mahoning Ave & the service rep told me no, he wouldn't be able to assist me. Great service at the Boardman location!!

So, we were checking out new phone providers a few weeks back and stopped by this T-Mobile store. It was packed, but my daughter recognized one of the managers there. Turns out, he was the same man from a neighborhood app post about some recent arrest in the area involving theft. His name was John and he seemed like a decent guy, but I wasn't too thrilled or comfortable with having someone with a criminal record having access to my information. I've been through identity theft before and it was a nightmare, so we decided to take our business elsewhere. I did let T-Mobile know what happened and they promised to look into it. We ended up going to Verizon.

Want to give a shout out to the Mobile Expert Josh Rouse that helped us a few months ago. We were wanting to switch out a phone & he made the whole process very easy & efficient! Thank you for your knowledge of making transferring to a newer phone seamless! Highly recommend this store & Josh.

I would like to express my concerns. This was my 2nd time ever visiting a T Mobile store and it is my last time.I have been with T Mobile for 10 years and have done everything online or through the T Mobile App. The biggest disgrace was when i witnessed a customer be upset that they charge $5 extra to pay in person.The fact that this customer was irate (in his defense it was the first time he was being charged $5 extra) and they did nothing to de escalate the situation was beyond disappointing. The tall white gentlment who worked proceeded to what i beleive was belittle the customer for their irate behaviour.This showed me these individuals are not trained properly. This was a big chance to make a difference for this customer and maintain the high customer service level T Mobile tends to have (at least online and over the phone they do).What i would have done was get the manager to waive the 5$ fee and advise the customer that in the future to be aware of the 5$ charge to pay their bill in person.Instead the tall white guy was defending the female employee but did nothing to get the manager. That is not how any business should be providing customer service, especially to a gentlemen who did seem to have some kind of disability.I'm disgusted and will never set foot in this location again and will be making a formal complaint to corporate.I love T Mobile and this was a poor respresentation of the superior service I have received in 10 years of doing business.Best advice i have is do your business online and on the website or the T Mobile app.In person was a horrible experience.

We just left the corporate store in Boardman and I'll tell you we couldn't be happier!! Kris is amazing and helped us so much!! He deserves a raise!! He provided us with the best customer service!! I learned things about my phone that I never knew, and my boyfriend got a new phone!! Kris set everything up for us and put screen covers on for both of us. During a time when customer service isn't the greatest, Kris went above and beyond!! Kudos!!

Got Service but WE have 2 DO ALL THE WORK 2 REPAIR A PHONE THAT IS INSURED & 2 REPLACE A PHONE CASE THAT THE DOG ENJOYED CHEWING. WE HAVE 2 CALL 2 DIFFERENT PLACES 2 HAVE THESE ITEMS TAKEN CARE OF. ??

Had spoken to Dave a week prior to coming into Boardman from Columbus.I'm moving and since I needed internet for my apartment, and didn't like any of the competions options I decided to go with TMobiles home internet.I had already been on one of their prepaid cell plans.Dave was awesome, got me switched from prepaid to postpaid and home internet added.Postpaid cell service is a bit more expensive but they had a similar plan that was only a few dollars more than I was already paying.Took a bit for it to be all said and done but you kinda have to expect that and I didn't mind.The whole staff seemed friendly and the store looked well kept.I had actually called the Canfield location first but they didn't seem all that friendly, so glad I called the Boardman location after. Great job guys, and thank you Dave for making happen ? You Rock! ?
