I will NEVER go anywhere else!!! The girls at the Western Reserve location are absolutley terrific. When my husband came home from the nursing home Michelle came to our home to give him his flu shot on her way home from work. Our insurance had a different preferred pharmacy. It was okay but when Hometown signed up with a company that listed them as the preferred pharmacy I couldn't wait to return. I have NEVER had a problem with them!! If I could give them 100 stars I would! Also, when my husband came home from a nursing home a different time - I was so confused with all the medication instructions, Marcie gave me her personal cell phone number so I could call if need be. That night I DID need to call her with a question. She answered and was able to walk me thru what I needed to dol Would I go any where else - NEVER!!!

I specifically go here for my prescriptions because of the $5 rewards program. Today I had 2 prescriptions filled for antibiotics and was told that they would not "punch" my card because they weren't 30 day maintenance prescriptions and therefore wouldn't qualify. After looking the info up on their website I saw it stated a punch would happen on "ALL PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED". After speaking to the manager, who told me there wasn't enough juice in the orange to give me a punch, I realized I was wasting my breath. All Bob, the manager, said was he couldn't afford to give a punch (on a card i need 10 punches to get a $5 gift card) which realistically turns into a $0.50 punch and I was welcome to find another pharmacy. There are 3 others within a 2 block radius of Hometown and I WILL be going to another. Pharmacist is rude, pharmacy manager is rude, and all Bob wanted to say is he wasn't making enough on prescriptions. I told him maybe they shouldn't be giving away a $5 card if they weren't making enough money. I have 4 prescriptions filled each month for blood pressure and I'm sure someone else would like my business.I'm tired of stores acting like they are doing me the favor of being in business and I should be grateful that they even exist. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AS IF YOU VALUE THEM!!!!

The pharmacist Amy was extremely rude and nasty over the phone over getting medicine filled early through insurance which she was hassling me about been going here over two years and will not be going back there ever again for me or my family. Already made the switch to RITE AID!

I have always had a positive experience with Hometown. They are very friendly, accurate, and willing to go above and beyond to help us out. It's great to have a pharmacy that knows you and doesn't just treat you like another number. The perks are great too ( free vitamins, store gift cards, referrals, etc.)!

My doctor's office sent me to a different pharmacy that had my medicine in stock. My doctor's office forgot to call Hometown to cancel my order there. Hometown still called me to follow up and make sure I was ok, and I technically wasn't there customer!!! That's great customer care. Thank you guys! :)

The pharmacist are nice but it's totally ridiculous that the pharmacy doesn't make them come in at least a half hour early to get ready for their day. I don't know how many times I've been told to come back because they just got in and didn't have time to do the prescription and it was going to be like a half hour or they were on the phone with Dr. And didn't have time to do my prescriptions. I have a job too and can't run on their timeline to pick up prescriptions.
