Very disappointing.
Messy, cluttered store. Unpleasant/ ugly appearance overall as you enter the store.
Much prefer the Niles, Ohio Home Goods & the Hermitage, PA TJMAXX; based on quality & quantity of inventory & friendlier staff.
This Boardman location was a mishmash of goods. Not a variety of clothing but rather large quanties of 1, 2 or 3 tops.
Purses were a hot mess. Cosmetics messy.
HomeGoods section such a disappointment.

Worst customer service. Worked in management for 5 years + in retail. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at TJ Maxx & bought an outfit to wear on Thanksgiving. Got home and my tag was still on the matching pants I bought. Went back in and I had the wrong receipt as I did two transactions that day for Christmas shopping. I showed them all my transactions on my phone with the location showing hundreds of dollars at tj maxx Boardman & they still didn’t take it off. This was not my fault. Management would not help me even after finding it on my credit card.

Had to wait over an hour and a half in line to do a return and then when I got there the person couldn't do the return the person that had to do the return took another 20 minutes to put things away and sort things out and everything except help me

I like shopping at any of the TJ Maxx, Marshall's, and occasionally Home Goods. You usually can find good bargains, whether you're looking for kitchen, bathroom supplies, home decor, seasonal items, clothes,shoes, etc. These places have it all! I almost always find something I didn't know I had to have, lol. Look at these Halloween cups I found!

Went shopping for kitchen supplies with my sister. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and found a lot of items that will update the kitchen. The staff was kind and answered all of our questions. We both enjoyed our shopping experience and are looking forward to going back for more items to update both of our houses.
